Upcoming Book Signing for Local Resident's Memoir

The President of Concordia University Wisonsin and Wauwatosa resident, Rev. Dr. Patrick T. Ferry, will do a an upcoming talk and signing for his new memoir Faith in the Freshman: A Story of Hoops and Hopes. The event will take place on Sunday, December 6 at Little Read Books in Wauwatosa at 7603 W. State Street beginning at 2 p.m.

 

The book is based on Ferry’s own life and family. It's a story that will take you on a journey that spans more than thirty years forcing you to confront some of life’s most important lessons on family, faith, academics, and transformation.

 

The book is being published by Pat and Alison Keenan of Green Tree Publishers. All proceeds from Faith in the Freshman go to Concordia University Wisconsin to further the university’s mission of helping students develop in mind, body, and spirit for service to Christ in the Church and the World.

 

The book is available for purchase prior to the talk and signing at Little Read Books. It is also available for purchase at Concordia's book store on the Mequon campus, at amazon.com, or by visiting www.faithinthefreshman.com.
