Destroying Part of the Monarch Trail

June 30, 2009 | 0 comments

Dear Concern Citizens of Wauwatosa & Milwaukee:

"Zoo Interchange would destroy part of the butterful habitat"

Citizens of Wauwatosa and Milwuakee County, I am mad as hell and so should all of you who want to save the Monarch Trail.A section of the Milwaukee County Grounds near the Eschweiler buildings is widely known as a resting place for the Monarch butterflies as they migrate to Mexico, this area is in serious dange of being bestroyed.

The preliminary environmental impact is that the WIS-DOT would" REMOVE" half of the berm between US-45 and a nectaring area. The DOT does not respect this valuable land.

Time is important, let your voices be heared: please send e-mails or letters to: Jim Liptack
