C.H. Coakley & Co., Inc. announced today that the company recently moved Irgens from its location at 10700 Research Dr. to 10200 Innovation Dr., both in Wauwatosa.
Irgens is a full-service healthcare and commercial real estate developer that provides comprehensive, creative and results-oriented development and property management services to clients throughout the United States.
“The move took four days, 22 men and filled six semi loads,” says Dawn Ovokaitys, sales manager at C.H. Coakley & Co., Inc. “It was a perfect example of how a move is suppose to go; straightforward, on time and on budget.”
Irgens chose to make the move because the new location is better suited for the company.
