Donald Trump will headline fundraiser at Tahoe

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will headline a fundraiser for the Nevada Republican Party, according to an invitation from the party.

Trump will appear at the State Republican Central Committee’s summer meeting and speak during a $200 a plate dinner at 7 p.m. on Aug. 26  at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe in Stateline.

The campaign said as of now there is nothing in the works in terms of a rally or public appearance in Northern Nevada. Trump has not appeared in Northern Nevada since the February caucus.

The fundraiser is open to the public.
