Monday: Cranberry meatballs, roasted potatoes, California vegetables, seven-grain bread, ice cream sundae cup or fresh apple

Tuesday: Chicken cordon bleu, baked potato, sour cream, Wisconsin vegetables, spring salad mix with ranch dressing, tomato and cucumber, rye dinner roll, pineapple tidbits

Wednesday: Hungarian goulash, buttered noodles, Harvard beets, whole wheat dinner roll, orange juice, molasses cookie or chilled fruit

Thursday: Creamy broccoli soup, chicken salad on lettuce leaf, marinated tomato slices, carrot sticks, croissant, sun chips, melon

Friday: Boneless pork loin with gravy, mashed red potatoes with gravy, sweet & sour cabbage, marble rye bread with butter, carrot cake with cream cheese icing or grapes
