Robbery

1Around 1:50 a.m. May 30 officers responded to an armed robbery in the 6700 block of Milwaukee Avenue. The suspects left in a dark blue Jeep Liberty and attempted to use stolen credit cards at a gas station, but were unsuccessful.

Burglary

2At 2:56 a.m. May 31, someone used a brick to break a window on the south side of the UW Credit Union building, 6510 W. State St., causing an estimated $1,000 in damage.

Theft

3A man reported that on May 29, he lost his gold teeth after leaving them at Denny's, 11155 W. North Ave. The man left the teeth on the table and valued the gold set at $1,260, according to police reports.

4Someone forced entry into a Dodge Durango parked in the 1300 block of North 74th Street between 4 p.m. May 29 and 4:06 a.m. May 30. About $2,679 worth of skateboards and Nike shoes were taken and damage to the vehicle was estimated at $700.

5A Toyota was taken from the 6100 block of Washington Court between 9:30 p.m. May 29 and 6:30 a.m. May 30. The vehicle was taken with keys.

6A man reported that between 12 and 8 a.m. May 30, someone took property from his vehicle and attempted to take the vehicle itself while it was parked in the 11400 block of West Wisconsin Avenue.

7Between 10:45 and 11:15 a.m. May 30, someone took two speakers from the US Cellular kiosk inside Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The total value of the theft was $199.98.

8A man reported that between 2:45 and 3:30 p.m. May 30, someone took his rototiller from the 9600 block of West Capitol Drive.

9Around 6:05 p.m. May 30, someone took $22.18 worth of merchandise from Metcalfe's Sentry, 6700 W. State St. The man was detained by loss prevention officers and the merchandise was recovered.

10Between 7 and 8:50 p.m. May 30, someone took a Galaxy 4 cellphone from a person working at McCormick & Schmicks, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

11A woman reported around 1:55 p.m. May 31 that her 1999 Pontiac Montana minivan, valued at $2,000, was taken from the alley behind her home in the 9900 block of West Grantosa Drive.

12Someone reported that a man took her car battery from Advanced Auto Parts, 12132 W. Capitol Drive, around 3:30 p.m. May 31. The value of the theft was $231.99.

13Between 9 a.m. May 30 and 8:30 a.m. May 31, someone took a ring and personal papers from a vehicle parked in the 1200 block of North 62nd Street.

14Someone took a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse while it was parked at 2500 N. Mayfair Road between 8 and 9:15 p.m. May 31.

15Retail theft of liquor was reported at Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave., around 9:50 p.m. May 31.

16A woman reported around noon June 1 that a prescription pad had been taken from her desk drawer at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, without consent sometime between 4:40 p.m. May 23 and 8:30 a.m. May 24. A script was attempted to be filled using a sheet from the pad on May 27 at a Shopko pharmacy in Sussex, but was unsuccessful. The Waukesha County Sheriff's Department was contacted regarding the attempted fraud.

17About $940 worth of property was taken from a vehicle parked at 2500 N. Mayfair Road, between 1 and 2 p.m. June 1. An estimated $400 in damage was caused to the vehicle.

18A woman was cited for retail theft at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 2:50 p.m. June 1.

19A man took $42.81 worth of meat from Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., around 12:45 p.m. June 2.

20Around 6:55 p.m. June 2, someone took four bags of shrimp valued at $79.95 from Pick 'n Save, 6950 W. State St.

21Someone reported a garden hose was taken from her home in the 9500 block of West Sarasota Place between 4 p.m. May 30 and 7:14 p.m. June 2.

OWI

22A man was cited for first-offense OWI and endangering safety by use of a deadly weapon during a traffic stop in the 2500 block of North Mayfair Road around 2:25 a.m. May 29.

23A man was cited for fifth-offense OWI in the 8400 block of West Burleigh Street at 3:42 a.m. June 5.

24On June 4, someone was cited for operating while intoxicated, possession of illegally obtained prescription medications and a probation violation near Mayfair Road and Interstate 94 following a vehicle crash. Another person in the vehicle was cited for possession of illegally obtained prescription medications and a probation violation.

Drug possession

25Two men were cited for possession with intent to deliver heroin and alprazolam at Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., around 9 p.m. June 2 after a suspicious-circumstance call.

Vandalism

26A woman reported that between 11 p.m. May 28 and 9:30 a.m. May 29 someone damaged the screen on her front door in the 5800 block of West Wells Street.

27Someone reported that the rear passenger window of their 2006 Honda Odyssey was damaged while it was in the parking lot at Lincoln Elementary School, 1740 Wauwatosa Ave., between 10 and 10:45 p.m. June 3.

Other

28A woman was cited for disorderly conduct around 12:15 a.m. May 29 at Dave & Busters, 2201 N. Mayfair Road, after she was involved in an altercation.

29Someone vandalized a vehicle parked in the 9500 block of West Sarasota Place between 6 p.m. May 31 and 4 a.m. June 1 by throwing a brick at the driver's window. The hood was scratched and dented and the driver's window was smashed.

30A juvenile was cited for trespassing and resisting an officer at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 4 p.m. June 3.
