Music at The Landing at Hoyt: Country singer-songwriter Nora Collins will perform from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Landing at Hoyt Park and Pool, 1800 N. Swan Blvd.

Public swimming at Hoyt:The Tosa Pool at Hoyt Parkis open for public swim from noon to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, noon to 6 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Admission costs $7.50; children 2 and younger get in free. Evening swims take place Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Evening admission costs $5; children 2 and younger get in free.

Parent/Tot swim: Parents and their children 6 and younger can play in the zero-depth area at the Tosa Pool at Hoyt Park from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. Admission costs $4. Children 2 and younger get in free.

Music at The Landing at Hoyt: Kirk Tatnall & Group Therapy will perform blues in a modern, upbeat context from 5 to 8 p.m. at The Landingat Hoyt Park and Pool, 1800 N. Swan Blvd.

Progressive Ethnic Lunch Tour:All Wauwatosa residents are invited to take part in the Senior Club's lunch tour. Enjoy sausage, cheese and beer/root beer at Wisconsin Cheese Mart and Usingers, and shop at Milwaukee Public Market. Lunch will be at Polonez, a Polish restaurant. Other stops include Sciortino's and Glorioso's Italian bakeries and Old World Third Street for a German dessert. Adaptive sports open gym: People with disabilities have an opportunity to use the gym at Whitman Middle School, 11000 W. Center St., from 6 to 9 p.m. for sports and recreation. These free sessions occur the second Friday of each month and are an initiative of the Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association.

Walk to End Lupus Now: Raise awareness and money for the fight against lupus with a 1- or 3-mile walk along the Oak Leaf Trail. The walk begins and ends at Hart Park, 7300 W. Chestnut St. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., and the walk begins at noon.
