Robbery

1Two men brandished a semiautomatic handgun and robbed Speedway, 6804 W. North Ave., around 7:17 a.m. May 1.

2Two men robbed Pizza Hut, 517 Glenview Ave., at gunpoint around 10:40 p.m. May 4. One man brandished a semiautomatic handgun and another brandished a small revolver.

3Around 11:05 p.m. May 4, two people committed an armed robbery at Mobil Mart, 8806 W. North Ave. The suspects fled the scene after taking cash from the register and cigarette packs from behind the counter. Each suspect carried a handgun.

Burglary

4Someone broke a window and took items from a residence in the 6000 block of West Wright Street around 9:45 p.m. May 3.

Theft

5Someone took a yard sign from a front yard in the 10100 block of West Vienna Avenue between 9:30 p.m. April 30 and 9 a.m. May 1. The sign was used to notify vehicular traffic to slow down.

6Around 4:45 p.m. May 1, someone took a 2010 Chevrolet while it was parked on North 70th Street and West North Avenue. The vehicle was taken with keys.

7Two men were cited for retail theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, around 6:55 p.m. May 1. Total value of theft was $325.47.

8A woman took between $50 and $199 worth of boy's clothing from OshKosh B'gosh, 11500 W. Burleigh St., around 12:05 p.m. May 2. The woman fled in a dark blue Dodge Caravan.

9A man was cited for retail theft at Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., around 1:45 p.m. May 3. The man took $114.98 in merchandise.

10A woman was cited for retail theft at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 4:36 p.m. May 3.

11A man took two packs of cigarettes valued at $15.69 from 7-Eleven, 11216 W. Bluemound Road, around 3:15 p.m. May 3. He fled in a 2004 Mercury Sable.

12Two saws were taken from a garage in the 1000 block of North 120th Street between Dec. 27 and April 25.

13A man was cited for retail theft after he took $129.97 worth of merchandise from Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., around 6:10 p.m. May 4.

14Someone took an Amazon delivery package from a residence around 9:40 a.m. May 5 in the 6000 block of West Wisconsin Avenue. Value of the package's contents was $15.99.

15Someone forcefully entered a vehicle while it was parked at Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave., and took belongings around 3:30 p.m. May 5.

16Someone reported that around 11:45 a.m. May 6, someone took $250 from a wallet at LA Therapy, 11931 W. Bluemound Road.

OWI

17A man was cited for second-offense OWI and operating after revocation following a traffic stop at 10000 W. Bluemound Road around 8:20 p.m. May 7.

Drug Possession

18A man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found sleeping in his vehicle in a parking lot in the 4000 block of North 92nd Street around 8:50 p.m. May 3.

19A man was cited for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia around 2:22 p.m. May 6.

Vandalism

20Someone smashed the front passenger side window of a victim's vehicle between 9 a.m. May 4 and 7:40 a.m. May 5 while the vehicle was parked overnight in the 7900 block of Harwood Ave.

21Someone dented, scratched and spread a combination of mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup on all the passenger side windows of a vehicle in the 7300 block of Chestnut Street between 10:30 and 11:10 a.m. May 6. The total damage amount was about $400.

Other

22Someone was taken into custody in the 2200 block of North 90th Street for disorderly conduct while armed in West Allis around 3:30 p.m. May 4. The person reportedly displayed a handgun in a road rage incident in West Allis and drove recklessly through Wauwatosa before being stopped by police. A handgun was recovered in a nearby alley shortly after the suspect drove through it.
