Burglary

Someone took a saw from a locked garage in the 2700 block of North 73rd Street between 10:30 p.m. April 18 and 6 a.m. April 19. Damage is estimated at $200.

A man reported that someone entered his unlocked garage and took a phone charging cable, safety glasses and sunglasses from his vehicle between 8 p.m. April 18 and 6 a.m. April 19 in the 9400 block of Ridge Boulevard.

A residence in the 2400 block of North 69th Street was burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. April 19. The back door had been forced open.

A burglary was reported at a residence in the 2200 block of North 61st Street for an incident that occurred between 8:40 a.m. and 6 p.m. April 20. The side door was kicked in, and a television was taken.

Theft

A woman was cited for retail theft at 3:50 p.m. April 17 at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The theft amount was $106.

Someone took baseball items from a vehicle parked in the 9500 block of Harding Boulevard between 10 p.m. April 18 and 7 a.m. April 19.

Three people took liquor valued at $39.99 from CVS Pharmacy, 7520 W. Bluemound Road, at 11:43 a.m. April 19.

A woman was cited for theft that occurred at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, on April 8.

A woman was cited for theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, at 5:20 p.m. April 19.

A juvenile attempted to take a van parked in the 10400 block of West Vienna Avenue at about 7:47 a.m. April 20. After finding the van was locked, the juvenile fled the area in a stolen 2015 Toyota Camry. The vehicle was later spotted by officers, who chased it. The three occupants in the stolen vehicle bailed out of the car near North 100th Street and West Lisbon Road. Police chased them on foot, and ultimately took them into custody.

A man was cited for retail theft in the 11200 block of West Burleigh Street at about 2:03 p.m. April 21 for taking $430.33 worth of merchandise.

A man was cited for retail theft and fraudulent return at Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St., at about 2:58 p.m. April 20.

A cellphone was taken at Wet Seal, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at about 8 p.m. April 20.

Two men took eight bottles of liquor from Walgreens, 10800 W. Capitol Drive, at about 8:54 p.m. April 20. The men fled in a white Pontiac with no plates.

A man took $141.45 worth of liquor from Pick 'n Save, 1717 Mayfair Road, at about 9:15 a.m. April 21. The man left in a green Pontiac.

Four women took about $900 worth of merchandise from Sephora, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at about 5 p.m. April 21.

A woman was cited for retail theft at Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., at about 9:54 p.m. April 21.

Someone took four tires and rims from a 2007 Cadillac Escalade while it was parked in the 12000 block of West Burleigh Street between 9 p.m. April 21 and 7 a.m. April 22.

A woman took $85 worth of merchandise from Ulta, 11500 W. Burleigh St., at about 8 p.m. April 22.

A woman was cited for retail theft at Sephora, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 8:09 p.m. April 23 after she took $115 of merchandise.

Drug possession

Two men were cited for possession of marijuana in the Speedway parking lot, 6804 W. North Ave., at 10:52 p.m. April 22.

OWI

A woman was cited for second-offense OWI at 4:14 a.m. April 17 after officers found her asleep at the wheel while her vehicle was stopped in traffic on North Mayfair Road and Watertown Plank Road. The woman's blood alcohol content was 0.18.

A man was cited for third-offense OWI after he was seen speeding 67 mph in a 40-mph zone and driving without any headlamps at 8:07 p.m. April 20 in the 3600 block of North Mayfair Road.

A woman was cited for third-offense OWI in the 6800 block of West State Street at 1:23 a.m. April 23 after she was seen driving on the wrong side of the road.

Vandalism

Someone smashed the protective lens on one of the overhead flood lights at Hart Park, 7300 Chestnut St., between 6 p.m. April 17 and 8 a.m. April 19.
