Chamber offers forum
on sales strategy
The Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce, 10437 Innovation Drive, Suite 119, will host a forum called Sales Strategy: Stop Convincing, Start Selling, co-sponsored by Sandler Training. The event will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. April 27 at the chamber offices.
The forum will pose the question: How well are you managing the selling process with your buyers?
The forum is free to chamber members.

Ray's Wine & Spirits offers a Tasting Tour of Spain
Ray's Wine & Spirits, 8930 W. North Ave., will offer A Tasting Tour of Spain in its wine bar beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 3. The event will feature guide Nate Norfolk, who will elucidate the long history of Spanish wine-making, and highlight some of its special tastes and best values.
The cost is $25, and participants can register at raysgrowlergallery.com/events.
Group hosts movie on minimalism movement
Minimalists.org Milwaukee Meetup Group presents a new film, 'Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things,' at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 24, at the Rosebud Cinema, 6823 W. North Ave. Minimalism is a way of life for a growing number of people who seek to clear away the clutter and find out what's most meaningful to them.
In order for the screenings to show, enough tickets must be purchased in advance.
Celebrate Distinguished Citizens of the year
The public is invited to recognize Mike and Judy Doyle as the Wauwatosa 2015 Distinguished Citizens at a banquet and awards ceremony to be held beginning at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 27, at the Blue Mound Golf and Country Club, 10122 W. North Ave.
The reception begins at 5:30 p.m., with a cash bar, and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.
Reservations are due Monday, April 18, and cost $45 per person.
