Robbery

1A juvenile was the victim of an attempted armed robbery in the 3900 block of North 107th Street around 4:40 p.m. March 1. A semiautomatic handgun was displayed during the incident.

Burglary

2A woman reported that sometime between 6 and 10:45 p.m. Feb. 27, unknown people entered her apartment in the 9900 block of West North Avenue and took property. There were no signs of forced entry and there are no suspects.

3Currie Park Auto Center, 10745 W. Capitol Drive, was burglarized around 4 a.m. March 2. The business was forcibly entered and an undetermined amount of merchandise was taken.

4Around 2:55 a.m. March 4, Currie Park Auto, 10745 W. Capitol Drive, was forcibly burglarized. Nothing was taken.

Theft

5A suitcase containing numerous tools was taken from an unlocked 2007 Toyota pickup between 10 a.m. Feb. 27 and 7 a.m. Feb. 28 in the 5700 block of West Wells Street.

6An unknown man took a 2009 Nissan Altima from AMF Bowlero, 11737 W. Burleigh St., around 8:30 p.m. Feb. 28.

7A juvenile reported his school-issued Samsung Chromebook, valued at $258, was taken between Feb. 1 and Feb. 5. There are no suspects.

8An unknown male took three pairs of sunglasses, totaling $1,060, from Sunglass Hut, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 12:20 p.m. Feb. 29.

9A female suspect took a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 3:45 p.m. Feb. 29. The sunglasses were valued at $200.

10Four unknown people took $267.25 worth of medication from Walgreens, 10800 W. Capitol Drive, around 5:40 p.m. Feb. 29. The medication was recovered in the parking lot at VCY Bookstore, 10707 W. Capitol Drive.

11An unknown woman took about $400 worth of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 5:15 p.m. March 1.

12Two females took an unknown amount of clothing from Victoria's Secret, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 6:30 p.m. March 2.

13A generator was taken from the back of a pickup truck while it was parked at Walgreens, 6600 W. State St., between 9 and 11 a.m. March 3. The generator was valued at $2,200.

14Numerous items of children's clothing were taken from Saks Off 5th, 11500 W. Burleigh St., around 2:10 p.m. March 4.

15A woman was arrested for retail theft at Target, 3900 N. 124th St., around 2:35 p.m. March 4.

16A man was arrested for retail theft at Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., after he concealed two Xbox video games valued at $39.98 around 3:25 p.m. March 4.

Driving while intoxicated

17A woman was arrested for first-offense drunken driving after she crashed her vehicle into a tree in the corner of North Avenue and North 64th Street around 9 p.m. Feb. 28. A chemical breath test yielded a blood alcohol content level of .26.

18A woman was arrested for first-offense drunken driving at a BP gas station, 12324 W. North Ave., around 11 p.m. Feb. 28.

19A man was arrested for first-offense operating a motor vehicle while using drugs, around 6:25 p.m. March 4 after he was found slumped over the wheel of his vehicle in the 1600 block of North 71st Street.

20A man was arrested for first-offense drunken driving during a traffic stop at Wauwatosa and Hennessey avenues around 12:40 a.m. March 5. A chemical breath test yielded a blood alcohol content level of .22.

21A woman was arrested for first-offense drunken driving during a traffic stop in the 200 block of North 68th Street at 2:25 a.m. March 5. A chemical breath test yielded a blood alcohol content level of .08.

22A woman was arrested for retail theft at Tuesday's Child, 7471 Harwood Ave., after she concealed $37.85 worth of merchandise in the back of her pants around 1:15 p.m. March 5.

23Two men took $1,500 worth of jeans from Nordstrom, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, around 5:15 p.m. March 5.

Drug possession

24Two women were arrested for possession of marijuana in the parking lot at 11158 W. Meinecke Ave. around 1:20 p.m. Feb. 29.

Other

25Around 8:30 p.m. March 1, it was reported that an unknown man was 'aggressively masturbating' near a magazine rack at Barnes and Noble, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, according to the police report. The suspect then exited the store to the parking lot and left in an unknown direction.
