Gov. Scott Walker's

Wauwatosa home for sale

While it's to be determined how long Gov. Scott Walker will reside at the governor's mansion in Madison, his Wauwatosa home is up for sale.

The two-story, colonial-style home at 520 N. 68th St. has been listed by real estate agent Premar LLC for $338,000. The listing referred to the governor's home as boasting 'quintessential Tosa charm!'

The home was built in 1924 and features three bedrooms and an in-ground swimming pool. No open houses are scheduled, but interested buyers can request a private showing.

The governor tweeted Jan. 24 he was looking to downsize his home.

'Matt graduates from Marquette in May. Alex from UW next May. Like many empty nesters, we are looking to downsize our home,' Walker posted to Twitter.

Walker was elected governor in 2010 and re-elected in 2014 following a recall attempt. The governor has not said whether he'll run for re-election in 2018.
