Robbery

Between 9:06 and 9:08 p.m. July 8 a suspect robbed the CVS Pharmacy, 7520 W. Bluemound Road of an undisclosed amount of money from the cash drawers. The suspect is a male, 22 to 27 years old, average weight and height, wearing a black hat with a brim, a long-sleeved black shirt, black jeans and black shoes. He fled on foot eastbound through the CVS parking lot.

Burglary

Between 1 and 2 p.m. June 25 someone forced entry in to the rear door of an apartment located in the 4300 block of North 94th Street and took several items.

At approximately 3:58 a.m. June 30 a garage in the 2500 block of North 70th Street was burglarized by a person described as a male, thin build, wearing a T-shirt and a red baseball hat.

Between 2:30 and 4:30 p.m. July 2 someone entered a home in the 104th block of West Wisconsin Avenue while the homeowner was in the backyard and took a wallet and a purse from an upstairs bedroom. The credit cards were later used at Mayfair Mall.

At approximately 5:24 a.m. July 3 the Dairy Queen at 6530 W. North Ave. was burglarized through a broken side window. At 5:49 a.m. a juvenile was taken into custody after attempting a burglary at Famous Cigars, 7030 W. North Ave. The suspect was arrested for both incidents.

Other

At 4:01 p.m. June 25 a person was taken into custody in the Walgreens parking lot, 10800 W. Capitol Drive, on outstanding warrants.

At approximately 7:37 p.m. June 25 a person living in the 1100 block of North 116th Street reported that someone used their credit card to purchase games from three different Redbox locations in New York and Connecticut.

At approximately 12 a.m. June 26 a person was arrested after a foot pursuit near North 62nd Street and West Center Street after a vehicle was pursued by police and crashed in the 6300 block of West Clarke Street.

A person reported at 10:32 p.m. June 26 that June 25 he was bitten by a dog while riding a bike on the trails at Hoyt Park, 1800 Swan Blvd.

At 11:38 a.m. June 26 a person reported that someone used their credit card fraudulently to make purchases totaling $982.02 at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A person reported at 11:57 a.m. June 26 that she was bitten by a dog while working at Pampered Paws, 1826 N. Mayfair Road.

At approximately 2:01 p.m. June 28 a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and West Capitol Drive.

Between 11:10 a.m. and 1 p.m. June 27 a person's vehicle was vandalized while it was parked at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital parking lot at 1220 Dewey Ave.

At 6 a.m. June 29 a person was arrested for trespassing at Alro Steel, 3000 N. 114th St., after they slept overnight in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 3000 block of North 114th Street. 

At approximately 8:52 p.m. June 29 a person was arrested for valid warrants following a traffic stop in the 102nd block of West Burleigh Street.

At approximately 12:26 a.m. June 30 a person was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of THC, felony bail jumping and an outstanding warrant in the 1700 block of North 116th Street.

At 2:54 p.m. June 30 a person was arrested for disorderly conduct and a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office in the 6900 block of West North Avenue.

At 2:39 p.m. July 1 a person was arrested for trespassing at Goodwill, 12121 W. Feerick St.

At about 2:39 p.m. July 2 a suspect was taken into custody on a warrant issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department during an investigation at Exquisite Threading, 2727 N. Mayfair Road.

At 4:27 p.m. July 2 a stolen vehicle was recovered in the Walgreens parking located at 6600 W. State St. Two suspects were taken into custody and both of them had warrants issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department.

At approximately 8 p.m. July 2 a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Correction after being a passenger in a suspicious vehicle in the 4700 block of North 104th Street.

At 9:09 a.m. July 3 a resident made a complaint regarding some graffiti on a performance stage that occurred at Hart Park, 7300 Chestnut Road.

At about 10:58 a.m. July 3 a person was arrested for obstructing/resisting an officer while in the 1500 block of North 60th Street.

At 4:26 p.m. July 3 during a crash investigation at the intersection of West Wisconsin Avenue and North 70th Street an arrest was made on a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office and the Butler Police Department.

At approximately 9:25 p.m. July 3 a Children's Hospital Social Worker reported cocaine found in the system of a juvenile during a urinalysis that was conducted June 26 at the hospital, 8901 W. Connell Ave.

At 12:57 a.m. July 4 a person was arrested at the intersection of West North Avenue and North 60th Street on a warrant issued by the South Milwaukee Police Department.

Sometime between 7 a.m. July 4 and 1 p.m. July 5 someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill at Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave.

Sometime between 4 p.m. July 4 and 5 p.m. July 5 someone broke the rear window of a vehicle while it was parked in a driveway in the 2200 block of North 64th Street. The window was likely shot with a BB gun or pellet gun and the damage is estimated at $450.

At 11:09 a.m. July 6 a person was arrested for criminal damage to property at Forever 21, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The suspect is on probation for possession with intent to deliver/prescriptions and theft.

At 3:28 p.m. July 7 a person was arrested for criminal damage to property in the 6500 block of West Center Street.

At 10:09 p.m. July 7 a stolen vehicle was recovered in the parking lot of Applebee's, 6750 W. State St.

A boy reported at 10:58 a.m. July 8 that at 10:45 a.m. that day he was approached by an unknown male subject while he was walking his dog on the Menomonee River Parkway near Charles Hart Parkway. He was approached by a male that said he had something to show the boy and motioned for the juvenile to come to him, which caused the boy to fear for his safety.

Drugs

At 5:49 p.m. July 3 two arrests were made in the Mayfair Mall parking lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, following a traffic stop for possession of cocaine, possession of THC and bail jumping.

At 8:02 p.m. July 4 a person was arrested for possession of narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia during an investigation in the 2300 block of North 65th Street and a second person was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation.

Theft

Between 5:45 and 6:22 p.m. June 25 someone broke into a vehicle by breaking the rear driver's side window and stealing items worth $340 in the Buffalo Wild Wings parking lot, 2635 N. Mayfair Road.

Sometime between 4 and 7 p.m. June 24 someone entered an unlocked home in the 2400 block of Pasadena Blvd. and took a wallet.

At approximately 3:25 a.m. June 26 two unknown people committed a retail theft of $774.84 worth of merchandise from Walgreens, 2275 N. Mayfair Road.

At about 11:05 a.m. June 27 a person was arrested for embezzlement for taking $1,669.99 and a warrant while employed at Verizon, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

At 1:05 p.m. June 27 a juvenile was taken into custody after attempting to steal a mountain bicycle in the 7500 block of Kenwood Avenue. Earlier that day, between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., an open garage was entered and a bike was taken by the same person who rode it to the scene of the second attempt.

Between 2 and 2:52 p.m. June 28 someone broke the driver's side front window of a vehicle parked in the 106th block of West North Avenue and stole items from the vehicle.

Sometime between 7:30 and 9 p.m. someone broke the rear driver's side window of a vehicle parked in the 112th block of West Burleigh Street and took a backpack and sunglasses.

At approximately 2:20 p.m. June 28 two suspects committed a retail theft in the amount of $400 from Carter's, 11500 W. Burleigh St.

At approximately 2:10 p.m. June 30 it was reported that a person stole $1,000 worth of merchandise from Dick's Sporting Goods, 11500 W. Burleigh St.

At approximately 2:17 p.m. June 30 a person reported being the victim of a purse snatching in the Meijer parking lot, 11111 W. Burleigh St.

Sometime between 1 and 6:30 a.m. July 2 a truck was stolen while it was parked in the 2300 block of North 68th Street.

At 2:23 p.m. June 30 someone stole a phone valued at $749 from the Apple Store, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The suspect returned at 12:01 p.m. July 2 to return the stolen phone and attempt to steal a second phone worth $849.99. The suspect is a male, 15 to 16 years old, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 120 pounds with a dark complexion.

Between 6:33 and 6:42 p.m. June 30 someone stole tools from Lowe's, 12000 W. Burleigh St.

Between 1 p.m. July 3 and 5:08 a.m. July 4 someone stole a vehicle that was parked at Luther Manor, 4545 N. 92nd St.

The manager at Topper's Pizza reported that between 10:41 a.m. and noon July 3 someone stole money from two delivery driver drop boxes at 6810 N. 68th St.

Sometime between 11 and 11:25 a.m. July 5 someone stole a vehicle that was unlocked with keys while it was parked in front of a residence in the 2400 block of North 64th Street.

A person reported at 2:21 p.m. July 5 that between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. July 3 a someone smashed the window of their vehicle and stole a purse and other property while it was parked at the Wisconsin Athletic Club, 8700 Watertown Plank Road. The reporting person's credit and debit cards were later used to make fraudulent purchases.

Sometime between 7 a.m. and 3:05 p.m. July 5 someone committed a theft from a vehicle parked in the Dave & Busters parking lot, 2201 N. Mayfair Road. The item taken was a car stereo valued at $700.

At 4:05 p.m. July 5 a person stole $700 worth of merchandise from Home Depot, 4100 N. Capitol Drive. The merchandise was recovered but the suspect left the scene in a black Ford pickup.

Between 6:42 and 7:08 a.m. July 5 a former employee removed boxes of food without consent from the McDonald's at 12324 W. North Ave. The suspect was not available for arrest and the total amount taken was valued at $323.95.

Someone reported July 7 a person reported that they were the victim of a theft of gold jewelry and a wedding band from his residence between Feb. 1 and July 7 in the 7200 block of West Wisconsin Avenue.

July 7 at 2:27 p.m. a person reported that between 8 and 10 p.m. July 5 a bicycle was taken from the front yard of a residence in the 7500 block of Hennessey Avenue.

At 4:06 p.m. July 8 a person was arrested for retail theft and a parole violation at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road for taking merchandise valued at $435.38.

At 9:07 p.m. July 8 a person reported a theft of a cellphone while they were at Buckle, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

OWI

At 6:45 p.m. June 25 a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense in the 2400 block of North 66th Street. A breathalyzer test was refused by the arrested person.

At 3:17 a.m. June 26 a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense in the 7800 block of West North Avenue. A chemical blood test was refused by the arrested person.

At 5:41 p.m. June 26 a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated - second offense at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and Menomonee River Parkway. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.21.

At 7:03 p.m. June 30 a person was arrested for operating under the influence - sixth offense at the intersection of West Burleigh Street and North 112th Street. A chemical blood test was submitted and results are pending.

At 11:05 a.m. July 2 a person was arrested for operating under the influence - first offense during a traffic stop in the 2600 block of North Mayfair Road. A breathalyzer test was refused by the arrested person.

At approximately 3:22 a.m. July 4 a person was arrested at 10935 W. Harvard Lane for operating while impaired - first offense after a call from a citizen regarding an impaired driver. A breathalyzer test was refused by the arrested person.

At approximately 12:43 a.m. July 5 a person was arrested for operating while impaired - first offense, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to deliver after being observed asleep behind the wheel of a running vehicle while in the parking lot of Aurora Psychiatric Hospital, 1220 Dewey Ave. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

At 11:23 p.m. July 8 a person was arrested for operating while impaired - first offense during a traffic stop at the intersection of West North Avenue and Pasadena Boulevard. A breathalyzer test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.12.
