An inflatable portable dam and newly poured concrete were found damaged at the Hart Park construction site at Wauwatosa Avenue and West State Street, at 11 a.m. April 13. Damage was listed at $35,000.

Two juveniles were cited for resisting/obstruction and one also for receiving stolen property at North 68th and West State streets at 6 p.m. April 12.

THEFT

A $60 air compressor was reported stolen from Walgreens, 10800 W. Capitol Drive, before 11:45 p.m. April 9.

About noon April 9, someone pumped $45.72 of gas and then drove off without paying at Amstar, 717 N. Mayfair Road.

Two bottles of perfume valued at $170 were taken from Ulta Beauty, 11500 W. Burleigh St. about 11:45 a.m. April 9.

Sometime April 9, a Coach duffel bag and contents valued at over $2,000 was taken from a car in the 2300 block of North 82nd Street.

A female was seen taking five bottles of alcohol valued at $166 and walking out of Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., at 8:40 p.m. April 9.

Two juveniles were cited after taking $158 of items at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, at 4 p.m. April 9. On April 10, a male and female were also cited in separate incidents — the woman took $150 of items and the male took over $170 of items. On April 12, a male fled with seven items valued at $288 and on April 13 two males were cited after taking items valued at $214.50.

A male was cited for shoplifting after taking items valued at $200 from Off Aisle, 11500 W. Burleigh St., at 6:40 p.m. April 9. On April 12, another male was cited for shoplifting at the store.

A 2007 Volvo was taken with keys from a garage in the 2400 block of North 72nd Street between 7 p.m. April 9 and 3 a.m. April 10. The owner believed the garage was locked.

Between midnight and 6:30 a.m. April 10, items valued at over $100 were taken from an unlocked Mercedes in the 2100 block of North 86th Street.

A female 18 to 24 was seen taking items valued at $162 and fleeing Kids Foot Locker, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 8:10 p.m. April 10.

A male in his 20’s grabbed a phone valued at $500 from the US Cellular Kiosk, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, about 4 p.m. April 11.

Two males grabbed two 7-packs of Red Bull valued at over $133 and fled Pick ‘n Save, 6950 W. State St., early evening April 11. They drove off in a Chrysler convertible reported stolen April 10.

An unlocked car was taken from a driveway in the 7400 block of Portland Avenue between 7:30 p.m. April 11 and 7:30 a.m. April 12. It was recovered in Milwaukee.

Overnight April 11 or 12, over $3,000 of tools were taken from a locked chest belonging to Stevens Construction, 11011 W. North Ave.

A men’s jacket valued at $175 was taken from the Russ Darrow Service Department, 1901 N. Mayfair Road, April 3 and reported April 12.

About $800 of children’s Polo items were reported taken about 10:20 a.m. April 12 at Macy’s, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The person who took those items is a suspect in the theft of Lacoste caps valued at $1,000 taken from the store April 6.

At least five residents reported that newly-delivered packages were taken April 13 or 14 in the following blocks: 7200 Grand Parkway, 6200 West Wisconsin Avenue, 700 North 66th Street, 2400 North 68th Street and 600 North 72nd Street. A number of empty discarded boxes with labels were found in the 600 block of North 72nd Street. A blue pick-up truck was reported in the area along with a heavyset man carrying packages.

A female was cited after taking items valued at over $229 at Old Navy, 11500 W. Burleigh St., at 8 p.m. April 13.

Two spools of copper piping valued at $1,500 were taken from the Mayfair Reserve apartments, 11011 W. North Ave., between 3:30 p.m. April 13 and 6 a.m. April 14.

Sometime between 5 p.m. April 13 and 9 a.m. April 14, four tires and rims valued at $600 were taken from a truck parked in a rear lot in the 500 block of North 108th Place.

A backpack with a laptop inside valued at $1,880 was taken from an unlocked car in the 2600 block of North Mayfair Road between 10:55 a.m. and 1 p.m. April 14.

A 2009 Honda Civic was taken from the 1400 block of North 123rd Street overnight April 15 or 16.

OWI

A male was cited for his second operating under the influence in the 2700 block of North 76th Street at 3:50 a.m. April 10.

Police responding to a crash investigation arrested a male for drunken driving and refusal to take a breath test in the 10800 block of West North Avenue at 10:15 p.m. April 12.

A male was cited for his second drunken driving after he was found slumped over behind the wheel of his car on Washington Boulevard at North 60th Street at 11 p.m. April 14.

BURGLARY

Between 2 and 4 a.m. April 15, entry was gained through an unlocked window and items taken in the 4300 block of North 94th Street.

ROBBERY

Two people, one implying he had a weapon, took eight mobile electronic devices from the Sprint Store, 801 N. Mayfair Road and fled in an older Honda Accord about 1:21 p.m. April 9. The two are suspects in a previous theft from the store.

DRUGS

About 5:35 p.m. April 10 a female was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and theft at Sentry, 6700 W. State St.

A juvenile was cited for possession of marijuana at Wauwatosa West High School, 11400 W. Center Street, at 1:25 p.m. April 13.

A male stopped for driving with a revoked license was also arrested for possession of both Schedule II and IV narcotics in the 6900 block of West Clarke Street at 2:50 p.m. April 14.

A male was found with marijuana and cited in the 1100 block of North 115th Street at 2 p.m. April 15.
