OWI

March 27 at 2:11 a.m. a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense and a probation violation during a traffic stop in the 6800 block of West Center Street. A breath test was refused by the individual arrested.

At 3:42 p.m. March 30 a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense in the 5300 block of Lovers Lane Road. A breath test was refused by the individual arrested.

Burglary

March 27 a person reported that between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. a purse was stolen from her residence in the 2600 block of North 97th Street.

Between 7:10 and 9:25 p.m. March 27 a forced entry burglary occurred in the upper apartment of a duplex in the 2600 block of North 69th Street.

Sometime between 6:45 a.m. and 9 p.m. March 27 a person committed a burglary by forcing entry through the front door of a duplex in the 2600 block of North 69th Street. It was thought that this event is related to a burglary committed during the same time frame in the upper apartment of the same duplex.

March 28 between 6:18 and 7:35 p.m. a residence was burglarized in the 6600 block of West Wells Street.

Robbery

March 30 at 11:41 a.m. a person reported a strong arm robbery at Pick 'n Save, 1717 N. Mayfair Road. A person was later arrested in the area of Harwood Avenue and Robertson Street after a pursuit by Wauwatosa police.

Theft

March 26 at 1:20 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road for taking merchandise with a value of $325.

A theft in the amount of $2,500 occurred outside of Noodles & Company, 7700 W. State St. when an entry into a vehicle took place March 28 at 5:27 p.m.

In the 6100 block of West State Street a car was stolen with keys March 29 at 7:02 a.m.

In the 3100 block of North 119th Street a car was stolen from a driveway March 29 at 8:39 a.m.

March 29 at 10:10 a.m. a person reported that someone stole $1,500 worth of merchandise from Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

March 30 at 11:50 a.m. two people were arrested for a retail theft in the amounts of $309.90 and $254.94 at Pick 'n Save, 1717 N. Mayfair Road.

At approximately 9:48 p.m. March 30 a person took a phone from inside a restroom in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle while it was parked in the 7600 block of West State Street March 30 at approximately 11:06 p.m.

Other

March 26 at 4:37 p.m. a person was arrested during a traffic stop in the parking lot of Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave., on a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department.

In the 4500 block of North 109th Street a person was arrested for battery-domestic violence March 26 at 7:37 p.m.

Two unknown men attempted to use fraudulent credit cards to purchase gift cards at Whole Foods, 11100 W. Burleigh St., March 27 at approximately 10:35 a.m.

March 28 at approximately 12:27 p.m. a domestic disturbance occurred in the 8100 block of West North Avenue. No one was arrested due to the determination that the dispute was only verbal but the individuals involved were separated for the day.

A check in the amount of $411.81 that later came back as fraudulent was used to purchase an item at Kinko's/FedEx, 829 N. Mayfair Road. The complaint came in to the police department March 28 but the offense occurred Feb. 2.

March 28 at 2:49 p.m. an arrest was made on a warrant issued by the Wauwatosa PD during an investigation in the 102nd block of Watertown Plank Road.

A person was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 7300 block of West Bluemound Road March 29 at 8:26 a.m.

At Wauwatosa City Hall, 7725 W. North Ave., a person showed up and created cause for concern among the employees March 29 at approximately 11:06 a.m. After the person later showed up at the Wauwatosa Police Department it was determined that the behavior of the person did not warrant arrest and the person was released and told not to return to city hall or face arrest.

March 31 at approximately 7:34 p.m. a person was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the Milwaukee Police Department in the 6200 block of West Wright Street.

An arrest occurred on a warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 103rd block of West Vienna Street April 1 at 8:43 p.m.

April 1 at 9:25 p.m. a person was arrested on a felony warrant issued by the Racine County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop in the 7200 block of West Capitol Drive.
