Theft

A package was reportedly removed from a porch without permission March 13 at 11:05 a.m. in the 3200 block of Menomonee River Parkway.

Between March 11 at 4:46 p.m. and March 12 at 4:46 p.m. someone took scrap metal from behind a business at 3000 N. 114th St. with an estimated value of $2,150.

Four people were involved in a "dine-and-dash" at Applebee's at 6750 W. State St. March 14 at 10:08 p.m. One person involved left their phone behind in the restaurant.

March 15 at 3:41 p.m. a person reported an employee theft at Kids Foot Locker, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The thefts occurred between Jan. 20 and March 3 in an amount of $940.96.

At TJ Maxx, 11500 W. Burleigh St., a retail theft in the amount of $234.97 occurred March 15 at 8:35 p.m.

In the 120th block of West North Avenue a person reported that items were stolen March 16 at 8:38 a.m.

March 16 at 3:19 p.m. someone stole sunglasses from the Sunglass Hut in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, March 16 at 5:20 p.m.

Between 5:30 and 9 p.m. March 16 someone broke into a vehicle and stole items in the Mayfair Mall parking lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

March 17 at approximately 5:12 p.m. a car reported stolen through the Milwaukee Police Department was recovered at Habanero's Restaurant, 869 N. Mayfair Road.

Three suspects stole scrap aluminum from Alro Steel, 3000 N. 114th St. March 17 at 7:33 p.m.

March 18 at 2:15 p.m. a person reported that their vehicle was stolen between 5:30 p.m. March 16 and 3:30 p.m. March 17 in the 7900 block of Harwood Avenue.

OWI

March 12 at approximately 3:38 a.m. a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - second offense and for a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office near the intersection of Wauwatosa Avenue and Lincoln Place. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.20.

At 1:22 a.m. March 13 a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense and for a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Community Corrections in the 107th block of West North Avenue.

March 17 at 7:36 p.m. a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16 years of age - first offense and possession of marijuana at the intersection of North 95th Street and Bluemound Road. The breath test was refused.

Burglary

Sometime between 12:30 p.m. March 11 and 7 a.m. March 12 a home was burglarized in the 4100 block of North 93rd Street. The residence was accessed through forcible entry and a car and other items were stolen.

March 15 between 3:40 and 4:30 p.m. a residence was burglarized in the 2300 block of North 102nd Street.

Other

A person was arrested on a warrant following a complaint at Wendy's, 3140 N. 124th St. March 12 at 2:25 p.m.

March 12 at 4 p.m. a person reported that they had lost their wallet at Pick 'n Save, 6950 W. State St. The person said they had contacted their credit card company and had been informed that the card had been used fraudulently in the amount of $400.15.

A person was arrested March 13 at 7:21 a.m. for embezzlement at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

March 14 at approximately 10:15 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Germantown Police Department while on a traffic stop at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and Grantosa Avenue. An arrest of the same person was also made for possession of marijuana and cocaine.

A person was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and possession of marijuana at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

March 15 at approximately 2:37 a.m. a person was arrested in the parking lot of the Extended Stay hotel, 11121 W. North Ave., for fleeing, bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A person was arrested for a probation violation in the 6600 block of West Center Street March 15 at approximately 10:35 a.m. after an investigation of an argument.

March 16 at 6:46 p.m. a person was arrested on two outstanding warrants issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office during a field investigation in the parking lot of Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave.

In the Denny's parking lot, 11155 W. North Ave., a person was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing an officer March 17 at 6:27 a.m.

March 17 at 9:30 p.m. a person was arrested on warrants issued by the Mequon Police Department during a traffic stop in the 101st block of West North Avenue.

A person was arrested in the 111th block of Burleigh St. for a warrant issued by the Glendale Police Department March 18 at 8:50 p.m.
