OWI

March 5 at 1:18 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence - first offense after failing to stop at a stop sign on North 70th Street and West Bluemound Road. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.11.

A person was arrested for operating under the influence - first offense and operating with prohibited alcohol content in the 2000 block of North 70th Street March 5 at 4:35 a.m. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.17.

March 8 at approximately 11:54 p.m. a person was arrested for operating after revocation and alcohol non-compliance during a traffic stop in the 1700 block of North Mayfair Road.

At the intersection of West Bluemound Road and Ravenswood Circle a person was arrested for operating under the influence - first offense March 10 at 10:33 p.m. The arrest was made as part of the Southeastern Wisconsin OWI Task Force deployment and the breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.09.

March 11 at 12:31 a.m. a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - third offense after a traffic stop on West Burleigh Street at Menomonee River Parkway.

In the 2400 block of North Mayfair Road a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense and possession of marijuana after begin stopped for a speeding violation March 11 at 9:39 a.m.

Burglary

A person reported that someone removed a black metal safe from the North Avenue Grill, 7225 W. North Ave., sometime between March 3 at 9:45 a.m. and March 5 at 6:40 a.m. There were no signs of forced entry into the restaurant and all of the doors were locked as of 5:30 a.m. when the business was entered by an employee.

Other

March 5 at about 3:37 p.m. two suspects were taken into custody for panhandling and possession of heroin during an investigation in the parking lot of Target, 3900 N. 124th St.

At 10:30 p.m. March 6 a person was arrested in the 2200 block of North Mayfair Road on a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department.

March 7 at approximately 12:11 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Appleton Police Department and Wauwatosa Police Department in the Walgreens parking lot at 2275 N. Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested for retail theft and on a warrant issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department at Meijer Foods, 11111 W. Burleigh St. March 7 at 2:34 p.m.

March 7 at 6:36 p.m. a person reported that they purchased a pair of WWE tickets for $300 from someone in the parking lot of the Cheesecake Factory at 2350 N. Mayfair Road. The transaction took place March 4 at 9:50 p.m. and the tickets were later determined to be counterfeit.

In the 119th block of West Capitol Drive a person was arrested for resisting/obstructing an officer after a traffic stop March 8 at approximately 2:30 p.m.

March 10 at 12:15 a.m. a person was arrested on two warrants issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop at the intersection of North 60th Street and West North Avenue.

A person was arrested for a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department March 10 at 12:30 p.m. in the 6100 block of West Bluemound Road.

March 10 at 5:39 p.m. a person was arrested in the 6800 block of West State Street for a warrant.

At approximately 12:27 a.m. March 11 a person was arrested for warrants issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and the Wauwatosa Police Department during a traffic stop on the ramp for I-41 at West Bluemound Road.

March 11 at 3:41 p.m. a person was arrested on a valid warrant issued by the Menomonee Falls Police Department in the Mayfair Mall parking lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested March 11 at 3:44 p.m. for a valid warrant issued by the Glendale Police Department after an altercation in the Mayfair Mall parking lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

March 11 at 5:45 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Franklin Police Department for criminal damage to property and outstanding warrants at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Burglary

March 10 at 7:45 p.m. a burglary occurred in the 2400 block of North 63rd Street when entry was gained through a rear bedroom window.

Theft

March 7 between 1 a.m. and 1:14 a.m. a vehicle was stolen in the 4500 block of North 92nd Street.

At Saks Off 5th Avenue, 11500 W. Burleigh St., a person reported a retail theft had occurred March 8 at approximately 11:44 a.m.

A person reported that their phone was stolen at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, March 9 at 12:22 p.m.

Between 4 and 7 p.m. March 9 someone attempted to steal a car from the parking lot in the rear of the Wauwatosa Veterinary Clinic at 2600 Wauwatosa Ave.

Drug Possession

At approximately 3:35 a.m. March 3 two suspects were taken into custody for probation violations and possession with intent to distribute narcotics following an interrogation in the 4700 block of North 118th Street.

March 7 at approximately 9:33 p.m. a person was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 1000 block of West North Avenue.

In the 2600 block of Wauwatosa Avenue a person was arrested for possession of marijuana March 8 at 5:20 p.m. during a traffic stop in an alley.

A person was arrested for a probation violation, bail jumping and possession with intent to deliver in the Mayfair Mall parking lot March 8 at 8:13 p.m.

In the 9500 block of West North Avenue a person was arrested for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver while armed during a traffic stop March 9 at 5:06 p.m.
