Theft

Jan. 29 at 1:08 a.m. a person reported $53 in cash and a firearm were stolen from an unattended purse at Dave & Busters, 2201 N. Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested for retail theft ($1,099.46) and felony bail jumping following an incident at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 29 at 3:54 p.m.

Jan. 30 at 5:44 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft ($400) at Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St.

A person was arrested for retail theft ($1,276.65) at Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St. Jan. 31 at 1:30 p.m.

Jan. 31 at 2:51 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft ($239.97) at Saks off 5th, 11500 W. Burleigh St.

In the 1200 block of Kavanaugh Place a vehicle was stolen with keys while it was parked in the road Jan. 31 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Jan. 31 at 4:27 p.m. a person reported that their vehicle was stolen from a driveway in the 6900 block of Auburn Ave.

An employee was arrested at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, Feb. 1 at 6:02 p.m. for conducting four fraudulent returns between Jan. 5 and Jan. 27 causing a total loss of $1,612.16.

Feb. 2 at 9:45 a.m. a person reported that an unknown person cut a hole in the side of a money box on three different laundry machines in the basement of a building in the 2300 block of North 80th Street.

In the 100 block of North 85th Street Jan. 3 at approximately 11:20 a.m. a vehicle was reported stolen while parked in the road.

Feb. 4 at 11:46 a.m. a suspect was arrested at Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St. for retail theft ($228.96) and three retail theft warrants issued by the Franklin and Greendale police departments.

Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. a person was arrested for felony retail theft ($1,915.50) from Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road and a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.

A person was arrested for retail theft at Metcalfe's, 6700 W. State St., Feb. 4 at 2:56 p.m.

Burglary

Jan. 31 sometime between 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. a residence in the 122nd block of West Bluemound Road was burglarized.

A suspect was arrested for burglary and felony bail jumping after entering an apartment without consent and stealing a bicycle while out on bail Feb. 2 at 7:35 p.m. in the 100 block of North Mayfair Road.

OWI

Feb. 1 at 2:21 a.m. a person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated - first offense in the 8600 block of West North Avenue.

Feb. 4 at approximately 4:32 a.m. a person was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated - first offense following a vehicle crash in the 1000 block of West Bluemound Road. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.18.

Drugs

A suspect was taken into custody for possession with intent to deliver THC, being a felon in possession of a firearm and two valid warrants issued by the Oak Creek Police Department and Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office Jan. 29 at 2:38 a.m.

Jan. 31 at 2:27 a.m. a person was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute while armed and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute while armed. A second suspect was arrested for possession of THC following a suspicious vehicle incident in the 4000 block of North 92nd Street.

Feb. 2 at 4:37 p.m. a person was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony probation warrant during a traffic stop in the 7400 block of West Center Street.

Other

In the 2400 block of North 68th Street an unknown person dumped what appeared to be human feces on a driveway between 6 p.m. Jan. 28 and 8:10 a.m. Jan. 29. This is the fourth similar incident since Sept. 2016.

Jan. 29 at 3:12 p.m. a suspect was arrested on a fugitive warrant in the 6900 block of West State Street.

During a traffic stop in the 6100 block of West Vliet Street an arrest was made on an open warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department Jan. 30 at 12:27 p.m.

Enterprise Car Rental reported Jan. 30 at 12:57 p.m. that a car was not returned after the rental agreement ended Jan. 11.

Jan. 31 at approximately 12:25 a.m. a person was arrested as a fugitive during a traffic stop in the 5900 block of West North Avenue.

Two juveniles were arrested for disorderly conduct while at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 31 at 12:30 p.m.

Jan. 31 at 6 p.m. a person was arrested for trespassing at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

Feb. 1 at approximately 10:37 a.m. two juveniles were taken into custody for disorderly conduct at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 W. Milwaukee Ave.

At the Wauwatosa Public Library, 7635 W. North Ave., a suspect was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department Feb. 1 at approximately 2:09 p.m.

It was reported Feb. 1 at 3:02 p.m. that a fraud occurred at Jared, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 29 at 5:20 p.m. when another person's identity and credit account was used to purchase jewelry valued at $3,099.98.

Feb. 2 at approximately 11:50 p.m. a person was arrested during a traffic stop in the 6600 block of West Clarke Street on a felony warrant issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, operating after revocation and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A juvenile was taken into custody for battery at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 W. Milwaukee Ave., Feb. 3 at 8:40 a.m. for an incident that occurred Feb. 2 sometime between 3:10 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Feb. 4 at approximately 10:15 a.m. a person was arrested for three warrants during a traffic stop in the 2900 block of North Mayfair Road.
