OWI

Jan. 22 at approximately 1:44 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence - 1st offense. The arrest was made after a traffic stop in the 6200 block of West North Avenue. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.13.

Robbery

Jan. 27 at 4:09 p.m. the BMO Harris Bank, 9210 W. North Ave., was robbed by a suspect who passed a note to the teller.

Theft

Jan. 22 between 12:15 and 12:30 p.m. a phone was stolen while a customer shopped in the shoe department at Nordstrom's, 2424 N. Mayfair Road.

At approximately 10:30 a.m. Jan. 23 someone stole tools from Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St.

A juvenile stole a purse from an office and subsequently stole the victim's car Jan. 23 at 1:41 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Lisbon Avenue.

Jan. 23 at 4:32 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Macy's in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road in the amount of $1,602.

A retail theft in the amount of $3,112 occurred at Ulta Beauty, 11500 W. Burleigh, at 7:41 p.m. Jan. 23.

Between 9:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Jan. 25 a purse was stolen from a storage room at Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Jan. 26 between 3:15 and 3:20 p.m. an unknown person stole $261.93 worth of soap at CVS Pharmacy, 7520 W. Bluemound Road.

Drugs

Jan. 24 at 8:16 p.m. a person was arrested for drug paraphernalia in the 10800 block of West Courtland Avenue.

Other

A person was arrested for a felony parole violation during a traffic stop investigation in the 2300 block of Wauwatosa Avenue Jan. 22 at approximately 8:23 p.m.

Jan. 23 a person reported at 12:48 a.m. that someone tried to pull keys from their hand which caused a thumb laceration and then the victim was shoved into a wall causing an abrasion to their face in the 3000 block of North 124th Street.

A person was arrested for domestic battery Jan. 23 at 8:30 a.m. in the 6700 block of West State Street.

Sometime between Dec. 9 and Jan. 19 an unknown person or people created and cashed fraudulent checks at Milwaukee Career College, 3077 N. Mayfair Road.

Jan. 23 at approximately 11 a.m. someone used counterfeit currency to purchase goods and receive change at At Home, 3201 N. Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested on a felony warrant at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 23 at approximately 7:24 p.m.

Jan. 23 at 11:12 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Cook County Illinois Sheriff's Office and resisting arrest near the intersection of Wauwatosa Avenue and West Center Street.

Two people were arrested for resisting an officer during a traffic stop in the 9200 block of West North Avenue Jan. 24 at 11:02 a.m.

Jan. 24 at 11:28 a.m. a person was arrested for a warrant issued by the City of Butler Police Department during a traffic stop in the 2200 block of North Mayfair Road.

Jan. 25 at approximately 1 a.m. a person was arrested as a fugitive with a valid warrant issued by the Greenfield Police Department during a traffic stop in the 9500 block of West Burleigh Street.

A juvenile was arrested Jan. 25 at 12:37 a.m. in the 2600 block of North 50th Street for fleeing/eluding an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, driving a vehicle without owner consent and a violation of a non-secure custody order.

Jan. 25 at 10:40 p.m. a person was arrested on three warrants issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop in the 100 block of North Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested at Walgreens, 2656 Wauwatosa Ave. for forgery Jan. 26 at 11:33 a.m.

Jan. 26 at 5:44 p.m. a person purchased a fake phone for $400 from an unknown suspect at the Wauwatosa Public Library, 7635 W. North Ave.

A person was arrested at an office building at 2323 N. Mayfair Road for disorderly conduct at 10:05 a.m. Jan. 27. The suspect was involved in numerous complaints of being in the women's restroom and looking under the stalls while women were using the restroom.

Jan. 28 at 11:09 p.m. a person was arrested for battery-domestic abuse after an incident in the 1400 block of North 68th Street.

In the 4700 block of North 100th Street a domestic dispute resulted in minor injuries Jan. 28 at approximately 2:41 a.m.

Jan. 28 at 5:49 p.m. a person was taken into custody on a valid warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office for possessing a dangerous weapon during a traffic stop at 2201 N. Mayfair Road.

A physical fight occurred at Macy's Department Store, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 28 at 7:23 p.m. The suspects left the scene in a vehicle which was stopped by the Wauwatosa Police Department. The passenger in the vehicle was arrested due to a warrant issued by the Wisconsin Division of Juvenile Corrections and the driver was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.
