OWI

Jan. 15 at 12:57 a.m. a driver was arrest for operating while intoxicated - 1st offense, during a traffic stop at the intersection of North 74th Street and West Bluemound Road. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.16.

During a suspicious vehicle investigation at Colectivo, 6745 W. Wells St., an arrest was made for operating while intoxicated - 1st offense. A blood alcohol content of 0.22 was revealed after a breath test.

Jan. 17 at 9:20 p.m. a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated - first offense in the 2100 block of North 60th Street. The arrest occurred after a driver hit two parked vehicles and a bus stop shelter. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.33.

At the intersection of North Mayfair Road and West North Avenue an arrest was made for driving a motor vehicle while under the influence (drugs) Jan. 17 at 12:06 p.m.

Jan. 18 at 12:57 a.m. a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - 1st offense during a traffic stop in the 6900 block of West Center Street. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.24.

Jan. 21 at approximately 2:10 a.m. a person was arrested for driving while impaired after being found asleep behind the wheel in traffic at Wauwatosa Avenue and West North Avenue. The suspect refused to submit to a breath test.

Theft

Jan. 16 at approximately 3:10 p.m. an unknown suspect stole merchandise valued at $229.95 from the Apple store in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A retail theft in the amount of $405.95 was reported Jan. 17 at 4:42 p.m. at TJ Maxx located at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

Jan. 18 at Lowes, 12000 W. Burleigh St. a person reported that Jan. 12 at 6:49 p.m. a suspect stole a generator valued at $799.

A baby swing valued at $239.99 was stolen from Target, 3900 N. 124th St. Jan. 16 at 3:31 p.m.

At Kay Jewelers in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, a person used a stolen credit card to purchase a gold chain Jan. 18 at approximately 4:56 p.m.

A computer was taken without consent at Clinical Pain Consultants in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, sometime between 9:15 p.m. Jan 18 and 8 a.m. Jan. 19.

A package was taken from a porch in the 2300 block of North 61st Street Jan. 19 between 12:47 p.m. and 3:02 p.m.

A package was taken from a porch in the 2200 block of North 61st Street Jan. 19 between 11:03 a.m. and 3:02 p.m.

A package was taken from a porch in the 2400 block of North 61st Street Jan. 19 between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.

A package was taken from a porch in the 6100 block of West Meinecke Avenue Jan. 19 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

It was reported Jan. 20 at 3:30 p.m. that Jan. 13 at 2:30 p.m. a suspect failed to return a rented truck to U-Haul at 11700 W. Capitol Dr.

Burglary

Jan. 17 a person reported that a burglary occurred in the 3200 block of North 61st Street sometime between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Other

A person filed a complaint report Jan. 15 at 8:50 a.m. after being involved in a traffic dispute with another individual. The complainant said that while involved in a dispute in the 3200 block of North Mayfair Road an object was thrown at their vehicle. The second party was later found and arrested on an open warrant issued by the Shawano County Sheriff's office.

Jan. 15 at approximately 10:15 a.m. a person was arrested for damage to property after kicking the side mirror of a vehicle parked at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

An arrest was made on a warrant issued by the Wauwatosa PD in the parking lot of At Home, 3201 N. Mayfair Road Jan. 15 at 9:40 p.m.

Jan. 16 at 4:50 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department in the 114th block of West Burleigh Street.

A person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office Jan. 17 at 1:49 a.m. after a traffic stop in the 8100 block of West North Avenue.

An arrest on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections was made after a person turned themselves in to the Wisconsin Department of Juvenile Corrections, 2280 N. 105th St., Jan. 17 at 2:22 p.m.

Jan. 17 at approximately 11:10 p.m. a person was arrested during a traffic stop at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and Watertown Plank Road on a warrant issued through the Port Washington Police Department.

A person was arrested for disorderly conduct in the 11100 block of West Meinecke Avenue Jan. 18 at approximately 2:08 a.m.

Jan. 18 at approximately 3:59 a.m. two arrests were made after a traffic stop in the 10300 block of West Capitol Drive. One arrest was on a warrant issued by the Brown Deer Police Department for operating after suspension and the other arrest was a probation violation issued by Community Corrections.

A person was arrested for making threats and resisting an officer in the parking lot of the BMO Harris Bank at 7501 W. North Ave. Jan. 18 at 3:48 p.m.

Jan. 18 at 4:17 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued through the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop in the 9400 block of West Capitol Drive.

During a traffic stop in the 7600 block of West North Avenue a person was arrested for warrants issued by the Butler and Glendale police departments Jan. 19 at 3:39 a.m.

A person reported Jan. 19 at about 8:30 a.m. that they discovered a "possible skimming device" on the gas pump at BP gas, 11507 W. Bluemound Road.

Jan. 19 at 2:49 p.m. a person was arrested at the Spine Clinic, 1155 N. Mayfair Road, on two warrants issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.

Jan 19 at 3:02 p.m. an arrest was made following a foot pursuit preceded by a traffic stop in the 5800 block of West Wright Street. The arrest was for a felony warrant after the officer noticed a suspicious vehicle that was involved in numerous thefts.

An arrest was made on warrants issued by the Greendale, Muskego and New Berlin police departments Jan. 19 at 5:43 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 100 block of North 117th Street.

A fight occurred at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 19 at approximately 7:41 p.m.

At approximately 12:58 a.m. Jan. 20 a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Brown Deer Police Department during a traffic stop in the 7000 block of West Center Street.

Jan. 20 at about 7:39 p.m. an arrest on a warrant issued by the St. Francis Police Department was made during a traffic stop at the intersection of West North Avenue and Menomonee River Parkway.

An arrest was made on a warrant issued by the South Milwaukee Police Department and contributing to the delinquency of a minor Jan. 21 at 12:41 a.m. near the intersection of West Clarke Street and North 72nd Street.

Jan. 21 at 6:31 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department during a traffic stop in the 101st block of West North Avenue.

Drugs

Jan. 19 at approximately 8:45 a.m. a person was arrested for possession of marijuana after being found trespassing at a commercial office building at 9730 W. Bluemound Road.
