Theft

Jan. 8 at 11:56 a.m. someone took $599 worth of merchandise from the Apple Store in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Two arrests for retail theft took place at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 8 at 2:48 p.m. The amount of the two thefts totaled $281.96.

Jan. 9 at 4:17 p.m. a suspect was arrested for retail theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, for taking four bottles of cologne worth $314.

Someone opened a recently delivered package and stole some contents from the package while it was on the front porch of a house in the 2500 block of North 65th Street Jan. 10 between 9:45 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Jan. 10 at 6:23 p.m. a retail theft in the amount of $986 occurred at Sprint, 3860 N. 124th St.

A person was arrested for possession of stolen property valued at $229.95 from the Sunglass Hut at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Jan. 14 at approximately 2:30 p.m.

Jan. 14 at 5:50 p.m. two suspects committed a retail theft in the amount of $1,499 at the Sprint store at 801 N. Mayfair Road.

Burglary

Sometime between 3:30 p.m. Jan. 7 and 9:45 a.m. Jan. 8 a locked garage was entered and a snowblower was taken without consent.

Jan. 13 sometime between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. a person forced entry into a residence in the 300 block of North 110th Street and removed items without consent.

Drugs

Jan. 8 at 9:23 p.m. a person was arrested during a traffic stop on North Avenue near Highway 45 for OWI-2nd offense-drugs and possession of narcotic drugs and THC.

Other

Jan. 8 at approximately 2:41 a.m. in the 9600 block of West Hampton Avenue a suspect was arrested for stalking, disorderly conduct while armed, and violation of a restraining order after refusing to leave a building that had been entered unlawfully.

A person caused approximately $1,500 worth of damage to a vehicle parked in the 6700 block of West Bluemound Road Jan. 8 at 2:01 a.m.

Jan. 8 at about 8:11 p.m. a person was taken into custody for operating after revocation - alcohol related, and a valid warrant issued by the Glendale Police Department during a traffic stop at West North Avenue and North 102nd Street.

At 4:33 a.m. Jan. 10 a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department after a traffic stop in the 6400 block of West Center Street.

Jan. 11 at 5:01 p.m. a person was arrested for driving a motor vehicle after revocation due to OWI and a warrant issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office during a vehicle crash investigation at Swan Boulevard and Watertown Plank Road.

A person was taken into custody at the Waukesha County Jail, 515 W. Moreland Ave. for a warrant issued through the Wauwatosa Police Department Jan. 12 at 4:06 p.m.

Jan. 12 at 4:20 p.m. a person was arrested for an open warrant issued by the Kenosha County Sheriff's Department during a traffic stop in the 9900 block of West Grantosa Drive.

At 5:04 p.m. Jan. 12 a person was arrested for strangulation/suffocation-domestic violence in the 8600 block of West North Avenue.

A person was arrested for a warrant issued by the Greenfield Police Department and for possession of THC during a traffic stop in the 6100 block of West North Avenue Jan. 12 at 11:29 p.m.

Jan. 13 at 3:43 a.m. a person was arrested for operating after revocation during a traffic stop in the 800 block of North Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested for disorderly conduct at Wauwatosa West High School, 11400 W. Center St. Jan. 13 at 2:55 p.m.

Jan. 14 between 2:55 p.m. and 3:29 p.m. someone damaged a parked vehicle in the amount of $2,000 at the Badger Oil Equipment Company parking lot, 12030 W. Ripley Ave.

OWI

Jan. 11 at 1:10 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI-1st offense during a traffic stop in the 1200 block of North Wauwatosa Avenue.

A person was arrested for OWI-1st offense during a traffic stop in the 2200 block of North Wauwatosa Avenue. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

Jan. 14 at 12:40 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI-1st offense during a traffic stop in the 6700 block of West Center Street.
