OWI

Dec. 4 at 2:36 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence-third offense during a traffic stop in the 2300 block of North 63rd Street. The results of the blood test are pending.

A person was arrested for operating under the influence-first offense after a car accident in the 7500 block of West Melrose Avenue Dec. 4 at 9:16 a.m. The suspect refused the blood test.

Dec. 6 at 1:26 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence-second offense at the intersection of Dewey Avenue and Chestnut Street. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.15.

In the 6600 block of West Milwaukee Avenue a person was arrested for operating under the influence-first offense Dec. 7 at approximately 2:52 a.m. after a car accident. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.14.

Other

A person was arrested for operating after revocation due to OWI Dec. 4 at 4:49 a.m. in the 11600 block of Oxford Place.

Dec. 5 at 11 a.m. a person was arrested for disorderly conduct and two open warrants for an incident that occurred at Hansen Storage, 2880 N. 111th St.

A person was arrested for unlawful use of a telephone after making a threatening 911 call to the Wauwatosa Police Department Dec. 5 at 11:34 p.m.

Dec. 6 at 8:10 a.m. a piece of cardboard with threats to the police was found on the grass in the 4500 block of North 110th Street.

A juvenile was arrested for obstructing an officer at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road., Dec. 8 at 12:40 p.m.

Dec. 9 at 8:37 p.m. a person was issued a citation for allowing his dogs to bark excessively in the 2400 block of North 73rd Street. Police have responded to nine complaints regarding the loud dogs since 2013.

Dec. 10 at approximately 6:10 p.m. a person was arrested for trespassing at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Outstanding warrants

Dec. 5 at 1:09 a.m. a person was arrested on outstanding warrants issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office during a traffic stop in the 6100 block of West North Avenue.

A person was arrested on a Glendale Police Department arrest warrant Dec. 7 at 12:23 a.m. during a traffic stop at the intersection of West Grantosa Drive and North 95th Street.

A suspect surrendered to Wauwatosa police due to two misdemeanor warrants issued by Polk County and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Dec. 7 at 3:17 p.m.

Dec. 8 at 1:52 a.m. a person was arrested for an active warrant with the Waukesha Police Department after a traffic stop in the 106th block of West North Avenue.

A person was arrested on two active warrants issued by the West Allis Police Department Dec. 8 at approximately 2:15 p.m. in the 800 block of North 68th Street.

Dec. 10 at 1:26 a.m. a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Glendale Police Department in the 3000 block of North Mayfair Road.

Dec. 10 at about 4 p.m. a person was taken into custody on a valid misdemeanor warrant issued by the Racine County Sheriff's Department during a traffic stop at the intersection of West Capitol Drive and North 98th Street.

In the 8600 block of West North Avenue a person was arrested on two Mequon Police Department warrants during a traffic stop Dec. 10 at 3:54 p.m.

Robbery

At the Walgreens located at 2656 Wauwatosa Ave. an unknown subject pried open a cash register and took cash Dec. 5 at 6:03 p.m.

Drugs

Dec. 9 at approximately 6:27 a.m. a person was arrested for possession of marijuana and illegal possession of a firearm in the 101st block of West Sunset Avenue.

Theft

Dec. 4 between 12:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. a car was stolen without keys in the 9900 block of West Congress Street.

At Boston Store in Mayfair Mall, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, a person stole several coats Dec. 4 at approximately 3:22 p.m.

Sometime between Nov. 18 and Dec. 5 someone stole four rims and tires from a car parked in a lot in the 11700 Block of West Dearbourn Avenue.

Dec. 5 at 3:54 p.m. a suspect was arrested for retail theft, resisting/obstructing a police officer and a probation violation at the Walgreens located at 10800 W. Capitol Dr.

A car was stolen in the 500 block of North 105th Street sometime between 12 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 6.

Dec. 6 at 6:38 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Meijer grocery, 11111 W. Burleigh.

A package was stolen from a porch in the 2700 of North 73rd Street Dec. 8 sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Dec. 8 between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. a car was stolen from the Lower Harwood parking lot located at W. 7735 Harwood Ave.

In the 1400 block of Underwood Avenue a car's windows were smashed and a laptop was stolen Dec. 9 between 5:45 p.m. and 6:55 p.m.

Dec. 9 at 10:19 p.m. a person reported that between 5 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. a laptop was stolen out of a car parked in the 7200 block of West North Avenue.

A car was stolen from the Mayfair Mall Parking Lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Dec. 9 between 4:40 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
