Domestic violence

Nov. 27 at 4:56 p.m. a person was arrested for strangulation-domestic violence in the front lobby of the Wauwatosa Police Department.

A person reported Nov. 29 that at approximately 5:37 p.m. that they were physically assaulted in the 3000 block of North 124th Street. A suspect fled from an attempted traffic stop and further attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful.

Operating while intoxicated

Nov. 29 at 6:15 p.m. a person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense following an accident at the intersection of North 89th Street and West North Avenue.

Dec. 2 at 7:58 p.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence after they struck a parked car in the 600 block of North 68th Street.

A person was arrested for operating while intoxicated - first offense after refusing a breath test in the 2300 block of North Wauwatosa Avenue.

Drugs

A person was arrested for possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Wauwatosa Avenue Dec. 3 at 5:11 p.m.

Other

Nov. 29 at 5:51 p.m. a person was arrested for driving after revocation and a fugitive arrest warrant issued by the Franklin Police Department during a traffic stop at the corner of West North Avenue and North 104th Street.

A person reported they were bitten by a cat at the Mayfair Animal Hospital, 11619 W. North Ave. Dec. 1 at 4:22 p.m.

Dec. 3 at 5:37 p.m. a person was arrested for disorderly conduct at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Vandalism

A person reported that the tires on their car were slashed between Nov. 27 at 3 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. Nov. 28 while it was parked in the 7400 block of West Center Street.

Outstanding warrants

Nov. 28 at 4:12 p.m. a person was arrested in the 2200 block of North 105th Street on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Division of Juvenile Corrections.

A person was arrested Nov. 29 at 11:44 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 12100 block of West Capitol Drive on three warrants issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department.

Nov. 30 at 10:56 a.m. a person was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at the corner of West Capitol Drive and North 102nd Street.

An arrest for an outstanding extraditable warrant issued by the Dallas County (Texas) Sheriff's Department and the Dane County Sheriff's office was made during a traffic stop in the 6600 block of West Wright Street.

Burglary

Two apartments in the same building in the 113th block of West North Avenue were burglarized Dec. 3 at 7:58 p.m. when a person observed an unknown suspect take a piggy bank and a glass jug containing coins. There are currently no suspects.

Theft

A person reported that her purse was stolen from her car Nov. 27 at 5:56 p.m. The car was accessed by smashing a window while it was parked in the St. Pius X parking lot, 2506 Wauwatosa Ave. The purse was later recovered in the 7900 block of West Clarke Street.

A purse was stolen from a car parked at Starbucks, 1417 Wauwatosa Avenue Nov. 23 between 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m.

Nov. 29 at approximately 5:50 p.m. a person was arrested for theft, bail jumping and an outstanding warrant following a retail theft incident at Old Navy, 11500 W. Burleigh St. after a traffic stop in the 8800 block of W. Burleigh St.

A person reported that someone stole a car in the 4200 block of Raymir Place Nov. 30 at 8:15 a.m. The car stolen was running and unattended in a driveway.

Nov. 30 at 4:57 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Target, 3900 N. 124th St for taking $149.92 in merchandise.

A person was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $5,593.98 at JC Penney, 11800 W. Burleigh St.

Nov. 30 at 1:54 p.m. a person performed two fraudulent returns totaling $440.16 and received gift cards in return at Lowe's 12000 W. Burleigh St.

A person reported that sometime between 12:14 p.m. and 5 p.m. Dec. 1 that a UPS package was stolen from a porch in the 2600 block of North 89th Street.

Dec 3 at 1:45 p.m. a person reported that a package was stolen from a front porch in the 6800 block of Aetna Court.

A stolen car was recovered in a parking lot at 1220 Dewey Ave. Dec. 2 at 3:09 p.m.

A person was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $361 from Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road Dec. 3 at 5:25 p.m.

Dec. 3 at 5:59 p.m. a person was arrested for theft/embezzlement after $5,000 worth of cash and gift cards were taken by an employee at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

An attempted car theft occurred in the 4100 block of North 99th St. while it was parked on the street Dec. 3 at approximately 11:33 p.m.
