Operating while intoxicated

During a traffic stop in the 6600 block of West Bluemound Road a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated – second offense Nov. 13 at 1:51 a.m. The suspect refused a breath test and results of a chemical blood test are pending.

Nov. 15 at 8:44 a.m. a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated – first offense in the Mayfair Mall parking lot at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Nov. 16 at 2:22 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence – first offense in the 300 block of North 92nd St. The breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.16.

In the 109th block of West Potter Road a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated – second offense Nov. 17 at 3:01 p.m. The suspect refused a breath test.

A person was arrested for driving while intoxicated – causing injury when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 11900 block of West Woodland Ave. Nov. 17 at 5:44 p.m.

Nov. 18 at 12:56 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence – first offense after failing to yield for a pedestrian in a crosswalk at North 66th Street and West North Avenue. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.82.

A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - first offense in the 10300 block of West Watertown Plank Road Nov. 18 at 1:56 a.m.

Nov. 18 at 1:14 a.m. a person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated – first offense at the intersection of North Mayfair Road and West Capitol Drive.

Nov. 19 at 12:58 a.m. a person was arrested for operating under the influence – first offense during a traffic stop in the 8900 block of Jackson Park Boulevard. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.16.

Domestic violence

Nov. 15 at 5:49 a.m. a suspect was arrested for battery (domestic violence) in the 1600 block of North 116th Street.

Drugs

Nov. 13 at 2:58 a.m. a person was arrested for marijuana possession with intent to sell in the 121st block of West Diane Drive.

A suspect was arrested during a traffic stop in the 6500 block of West Center Street for possession of cocaine and marijuana with intent to deliver Nov. 13 at 6:22 p.m.

Other

It was reported that sometime between 8 p.m. Nov. 12 and 10 a.m. Nov. 13 someone drew lewd pictures on a bedroom window in the 1400 block of North 68 Street. It was also reported that it was likely the person also damaged a screen at the same home.

Nov. 14 at 9:30 a.m. a juvenile was taken into custody for possession of a dangerous weapon on school premises at Wauwatosa West High School at 11400 W. Center St. The same person was taken into custody at Wauwatosa East High School, 7500 W. Milwaukee Ave., after a disorderly conduct report Nov. 14 at 12:20 p.m.

Theft

Nov. 13 at 12:30 p.m. three suspects left Ulta Beauty at 11500 W. Burleigh St. with merchandise valued at $321.

At Boston Store located in Mayfair Mall, 2400 N. Mayfair Road a retail theft in the amount of $348 occurred Nov. 14.

A license plate was stolen from a vehicle while parked in the parking lot of Meijer, 11111 W. Burleigh St., Nov. 14 between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Nov. 14 between 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. a toolbox was taken from a van parked in the parking lot of the Walgreens located at 2275 N. Mayfair Road.

A Ford Focus was stolen with keys from the parking lot of Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road. It was reported Nov 15 at 9:50 p.m.

A license plate was stolen from a car in the 4100 block of North 96th Street between the morning of Nov. 15 and the evening of Nov. 16.

Nov. 17 at 9:30 a.m. a person was arrested for $199.86 worth of retail theft from Target at 3900 N. 124th St.

A person was arrested for theft of a mobile phone valued at $230 at the Crowne Plaza, 10499 Innovation Dr. Nov. 18 at 11:30 a.m.

Nov. 18 at 5:34 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft of $295.64 worth of merchandise at Macy’s in Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

An unknown person stole $134.97 worth of liquor from CVS Pharmacy at 7520 W. Bluemound Road Nov. 18 at 5:57 p.m.

At 8:06 p.m. Nov. 18 four bottles of perfume were stolen from Sephora in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Nov. 19 between 6:50 p.m. and 7:16 p.m. a person filed a complaint stating her mobile phone was stolen from her pocket while at Dave & Busters, 2201 N. Mayfair Road.

Burglary

Between 3:30 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. Nov. 13 a forced entry burglary occurred. Three computers and a mobile phone were taken. No suspects have been identified and the items stolen have not been recovered.

Nov. 14 a burglary was reported to have occurred sometime between 1:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. in the 7000 block of West Cedar Street. The house was entered via a rear door and the house was ransacked.

Outstanding warrants

Nov. 13 at 10:02 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant during a disorderly conduct complaint at the intersection of North 60th Street and West North Avenue.

A person was arrested for an outstanding warrant Nov. 16 at 6:41 a.m. during a traffic stop in the 2200 block of Swan Boulevard.

Nov. 19 at 7:41 p.m. a person was arrested at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road for an open warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sherriff’s Office.

Vandalism

Between 12 p.m. Nov. 11 and 6 a.m. Nov. 14 someone damaged the front windows of Wisconsin Orthopedic Physical Therapy at 11702 W. North Ave.
