Operating while intoxicated

Oct. 30 at 1:11 a.m. a person was arrested for driving while intoxicated-2nd offense in the 7200 block of West Bluemound Road.

In the 11800 block of West Capitol Drive a person was arrested for driving under the influence following a property damage-only vehicle accident Oct. 30 at 10:45 a.m.

Nov. 4 at 1:57 a.m. a person was arrested for DUI after a crash in the 111th block of West Meinecke Avenue. The suspect's blood alcohol content was 0.19.

A person was arrested for DUI after a traffic stop at State Street and Wauwatosa Avenue Nov. 4 at 11:06 p.m. The suspect's blood alcohol content was 0.11.

Nov. 5 at 8:58 p.m. a person was arrested for DUI - third offense, operating after revocation, obstructing an officer and on two outstanding warrants after the suspect refused to accept a blood or breath test. The incident occurred at the intersection of Wauwatosa Avenue and Harmonee Avenue.

Vandalism

Three unidentified suspects vandalized two entry ways at Lowe Automotive, 10950 W. Potter Road Oct. 28 at 10:55 a.m. The suspects were caught on video and caused damage estimated at $1,725.

Oct. 31 sometime between 8:45 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. a car was vandalized while parked in the parking lot of Mayfair Mall located at 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

Between 4:30 p.m. Nov. 3 and 6 a.m. Nov. 4 someone vandalized the construction site in the 7400 block of West State Street of an estimated amount of $1,000.

In the 7500 block of West Center Street a person vandalized a car between Nov. 3 at 6:30 p.m. and Nov. 4 at 8:30 a.m.

Between Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. Nov. 4 someone vandalized a car in the 7500 block of West Center Street.

Burglary

Oct. 31 between 8 a.m. and 8:10 a.m. a residence was entered via an unlocked side door and several items were taken in the 1000 block of North 117th St.

At about 12:25 p.m. Nov. 1 a person was arrested for burglary in the 105th block of West Keefe Avenue.

A burglary was reported in the 2600 block of North 65th St. Nov. 2 between 9:30 a.m. and 6:35 p.m.

Sometime between the evening hours of Oct. 27 and the evening hours of Oct. 30 two bicycles were taken from an open garage in the 1200 block of North Glenview Avenue.

Outstanding warrants

At 10:05 p.m. Oct. 31 a suspect was arrested on two valid outstanding warrants following a retail theft incident at Walgreen's located at 2275 N. Mayfair Road.

Nov. 1 at 2:56 a.m. a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant and possession of marijuana during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of North 68th St.

Nov. 1 at 8:27 a.m. a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued through the Department of Corrections for a probation violation in the 6700 block of West North Ave.

A person was arrested by the bus stop outside of Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road for outstanding warrants.

Nov. 5 at 10:27 a.m. a suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department at the Police Department located at 1700 N. 116th St. after the person surrendered.

Theft

A person was arrested for retail theft totaling $139 Nov. 1 at 5:14 p.m. at Macy's in Mayfair Mall 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Someone stole a Buddha yard statue from the front porch of a home in the 600 block of North 66th St. Nov. 1 between 6:30 p.m. and 11:10 p.m.

Nov. 1 at 11:34 a.m. a suspect took $11.40 worth of merchandise from BP gas located at 7532 W. Center St. The suspect drove away in a white, 2000-era Hyundai Sonata.

Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. a person was arrested at JCPenney's at 11800 W. Burleigh St. for retail theft of $20 in cash from a wallet owned by an employee of the store.

An iPad was taken from the Apple store located in Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road at 3:25 p.m. Nov. 1. It was reported that the suspect drove away with the merchandise in a 2009 Pontiac Vibe.

In the 4400 block of North 106th Street a suspect attempted to break into a home Nov. 2 at 8:09 p.m. A witness reported a person was seen driving away from the home in a black minivan.

Nov. 2 between 6 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. a vehicle parked at 418 N. Mayfair Road was entered, items were taken and the car was damaged.

Between Oct. 26 and Nov. 1 someone stole the license plates from a rental vehicle at Russ Darrow, 1901 N. Mayfair Road.

Nov. 3 at 6:24 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Sephora in Mayfair Mall located at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Between Nov. 3 at 10 p.m. and Nov. 4 at 7 a.m. a car was broken into and items were taken in the 8400 block of West Kenyon Avenue.

In the stock room of Boston Store in Mayfair Mall located at 2400 N. Mayfair Road a person took $141 from a wallet between 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Nov. 3.

An unlocked vehicle was entered and items were taken between Nov. 3 at 10 p.m. and Nov. 4 at 6 a.m. in the 8400 block of West Warren Avenue.

Nov. 4 at 10:58 a.m. someone took $114 worth of merchandise from the Carter's at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

Two security cameras and a security light were taken by two suspects from Hoyt Pool, 1800 Swan Blvd. sometime between 8:20 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Nov. 3.

Between 7:15 a.m. and 1:06 p.m. Nov. 4 someone attempted to steal a vehicle from a parking lot in the 4500 block of North 92nd Street. The vehicle's ignition cylinder and steering column were damaged.

A person was arrested for retail theft Nov. 4 at 1:47 p.m. at Sephora in Mayfair Mall located at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Nov. 4 at 3:47 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft totaling $209.98 at Saks Off 5th located at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

A person was arrested for retail theft of lottery tickets from Seven Eleven located at 11213 W. Bluemound Road Nov. 5 at 6:15 p.m.

Nov. 5 at 4:23 p.m. a person was arrested at Boston Store in Mayfair Mall located at 2400 N. Mayfair Road for retail theft and a probation violation.

Robbery

Nov. 3 between 1:30 a.m. and 1:56 a.m. a person was robbed in the 109th block of West North Avenue. A wallet was taken and the suspect left the scene in a tan Mitsubishi vehicle.

At 11:47 p.m. Nov. 5 three unknown suspects entered Pizza Man at 11500 W. Burleigh St. with handguns and demanded cash and mobile phones. The suspects left the scene in a dark blue Chrysler minivan. The phones were later recovered.

Drugs

Oct. 31 at 12:31 a.m. a suspect was arrested for possession of marijuana in the 6900 block of Honey Creek Parkway.

Other

A person was arrested for disorderly conduct-domestic violence at 1:53 a.m. Oct. 30.

Oct. 30 at 3:25 p.m. a suspect used two counterfeit $100 bills to purchase goods from Speedway located at 6804 W. North Ave.

A person was arrested for disorderly conduct at Pick 'n Save at 1717 N. Mayfair Road Oct. 31 at 1:10 p.m.

In the 2500 block of North 73rd Street a German Shepherd bit a Goldendoodle Oct. 29 between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.

A person was arrested Nov. 3 at 4:43 p.m. for disorderly conduct in the 7600 block of West North Avenue after a physical altercation.

Nov. 3 at 6:48 p.m. a person was arrested for a probation violation and lewd and lascivious behavior a Sendik's 8616 W. North Ave.
