Warrants

A suspect was arrested at the 1200 block of North Kavanaugh Place Oct. 24 at 11:28 p.m. on a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office.

Oct. 26 at 3:25 p.m. a person was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant in the 2200 block of North 105th Street.

Oct. 27 at 7:08 p.m. a suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s office in the 6500 block of West Center Street.

Oct. 28 at approximately 9:15 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant from the Department of Corrections following a traffic stop in the 121st block of Watertown Plank Road.

At 11:33 p.m. Oct. 28 a person was arrested for a warrant issued by the Brown Deer Police Department after a traffic stop in the 7000 block of West North Avenue.

OWI

A physical fight in the 2200 block of North Wauwatosa Boulevard between a man and a woman led to an arrest when one of the suspects drove away from the scene of the altercation. The suspect was pulled over at the corner of Wauwatosa Boulevard and Blanchard Street and was cited for a fifth offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

Burglary

Between Oct. 13 at 12 p.m. and Oct. 24 at 1:30 p.m. a home was burglarized in the 9800 block of West Ruby Avenue.

Robbery

Oct. 24 at 10:26 p.m. someone attempted an armed robbery at gunpoint in the 800 block of North 74th Street. The suspect was not able to obtain any property and fled westbound on Wisconsin Avenue in a dark colored sedan.

Oct. 26 at 6:59 p.m. a person reported he was robbed at gunpoint at the Midtown Shell located at 641 N. Hawley Road.

Other
At approximately 12:46 a.m. Oct. 23 a person was arrested as a fugitive during a traffic stop in the 6000 block of West North Avenue.

At 1:35 Oct. 24 a person was cited for animal neglect in the 9600 block of West Hampton Avenue.

Oct. 29 between 4:20 and 4:57 a suspect fraudulently used a credit card belonging to another person at two different stores in Mayfair Mall located at 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.


Theft
At 2:44 a.m. Oct. 23 a vehicle was stolen near the intersection of West State Street and North 72nd Street. The vehicle was recovered in the 7300 block of St. James Street.

At 6:43 p.m. Oct. 23 a person was arrested for retail theft of $628.50 worth of merchandise from Victoria's Secret in Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Sometime between 12 a.m. And 6:45 a.m. Oct. 23 a locked vehicle was entered by breaking the driver’s side window while it was parked in a driveway in the 4400 block of North 110th Street. The ignition switch was damaged in an apparent attempt to take the vehicle.

Sometime between 5:30 p.m. Oct. 22 and 11:45 a.m. Oct. 23 a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot at Kapusta Brothers located at 6005 W. Vliet St.

Sometime between 3 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 23 an attempted vehicle theft occurred in the 4700 block of North 108th Street.

Oct. 23 at 3:11 p.m. a black Pontiac left the BP station at 12324 W. North Ave. without paying for $25.87 worth of gas.

Oct. 23 at 6:41 p.m. two suspects were arrested for retail theft of $276.50 worth of merchandise from Boston Store in Mayfair Mall located at 2400 N. Mayfair Road. The suspects were taken into custody in the 9600 block of West Burleigh Street.

At 6:32 p.m. Oct. 23 a person committed a retail theft of $163.59 worth of goods from Pick 'n Save located at 6950 W. State St. The merchandise was recovered.

Between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Oct. 24 someone stole a purse including a wallet and credit cards form a vehicle parked in the 1300 block of N. 120th St.

A person was arrested for retail theft of $488 worth of merchandise Oct. 24 at 8:31 p.m. at Macy’s in Mayfair Mall located at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A suspect took two nail guns valued at $798 from the Home Depot located at 4100 N. 124th St. July 31, 2016. The theft was reported Oct. 24 at 10:25 a.m.

Oct. 25 at 2:06 p.m. two suspects took boots with a value of $89 from Nordstrom’s Rack located at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

Oct. 26 at 7:18 p.m. two unknown suspects stole $24 in merchandise from Oshkosh B’gosh located at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

Oct. 27 at 4:13 p.m. a retail theft arrest occurred at Boston Store in Mayfair Mall located at 2400 N. Mayfair Road.

Sometime between 7 p.m. Oct. 27 and 6 a.m. Oct. 28 someone stole a mountain bike from an open garage in the 2100 block of North 69th Street.

Oct. 29 between 4:45 and 7:30 p.m. someone stole a bicycle from an open garage located in the 8500 block of Stickney Avenue.

At 2:31 p.m. Oct. 29 a suspect stole clothing from Oshkosh B’gosh located at 11500 W. Burleigh St.

Oct. 29 at 4:31 p.m. someone stole three cartons of cigarettes from the Walgreens located at 2656 N. Wauwatosa Ave.

A suspect was arrested after a traffic stop in the 6200 block of West Capitol Drive for possession of a stolen vehicle Oct. 29 at 5:25 p.m. The suspect was released to the Waukesha County Sherriff’s office for a case they are investigating.

Vandalism

Between 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 23 three suspects threw rocks at a glass door at Lowe Automotive located at 10950 W. Potter Road. The suspects appeared to be of elementary school age based on a video camera recording.

Sometime between Oct. 23 at 11 p.m. and Oct. 24 at 8:20 a.m. someone damaged a car parked overnight in a driveway in the 6500 block of Washington Circle.

Drugs

A person was arrested for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia Oct. 25 at 8:06 p.m. in the 500 block of North 119th Street.

Oct. 25 at 8:20 p.m. a person was arrested for marijuana possession and an outstanding fugitive warrant in the 111th block of West North Avenue.

Oct. 26 at 5:34 p.m. a suspect was arrested for possession of heroin and violating probation in the 6600 block of West Clarke Street.
