Theft

A person walked out of Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road., with $258 worth of merchandise without paying Oct. 16 at 12:22 p.m. The merchandise was recovered when the suspect abandoned it when confronted by store security.

Oct. 16 at about 1:37 p.m. someone took $139.96 worth of liquor from the Walgreens at 6600 W. State St. The suspect also is accused of a theft that occurred at Sentry, 6700 W. State St. on the same day.

In the 4700 block of North 110th Street a bike was stolen from an open garage Oct. 16 between 4:30 and 6:20 p.m.

Two unlocked vehicles located in the 120th block of West Derby Avenue were entered and two sets of keys were taken Oct. 16 at 11:18 p.m.

Oct. 17 at 1:42 a.m. at the Walgreens located at 2656 N. Wauwatosa Ave. three people stole several prescriptions.

At the Amstar located at 717 N. Mayfair Road two suspects stole Tylenol and Children's Motrin at 2:22 a.m. Oct 17.

At 6:15 a.m. Oct. 17 a travel mug was stolen from the Starbucks located at 12345 W. Capitol Dr. The suspect backed his black Toyota Tundra pickup truck into a second vehicle and drove away.

Between 5:00 p.m. Oct. 15 and 7:00 a.m. Oct 17 someone stole a total of 40 tires and rims from 10 vehicles with an estimated worth of $40,000 while they were parked in the sales lot of Uptown Motors located at 2111 N. Mayfair Road.

At Target located at 3900 N. 124th St. $175.95 worth of DVD's were stolen at 7:07 p.m. Oct 17. An arrest of a suspect for the incident occurred Oct 20.

Oct. 18 at 11:04 a.m. a suspect stole two grinders valued at $89.99 each from the True Value Hardware store located at 1525 N. 68th St.

A snowblower with a value of $444.61 was stolen from the Home Depot located at 4100 N. 124th St. after a customer had paid for it and it was left unattended at 11:15 a.m. Oct 18.

A person was arrested for theft at Target located at 3900 N. 124th St. Oct. 18 at 2:33 p.m.

A black Under Armour backpack containing clothes, headphones and weightlifting gear valued at $340 was taken from a car parked in the Harwood parking lot located at 7735 W. Harwood Ave. Oct. 18 at 7:07 p.m.

Nine pairs of boots were stolen from Nordstrom, 2424 N Mayfair Road at 8:48 p.m. Oct 18.

Sometime between 5 p.m. Oct 18 and 7 a.m. Oct. 19 a Honda CRV was accessed and a pair of sunglasses were stolen. The vehicle's ignition cylinder was damaged in an apparent attempted theft in the incident which occurred in the 9400 block of West Chambers Street.

Sometime between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 7 a.m. Oct 19 a locked vehicle was accessed via the trunk and soda was stolen in the 9400 block of West Congress Street.

Between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 7:45 a.m. Oct. 19 someone stole $20 worth of coins from an unlocked vehicle located in the 1500 block of North Church Street.

Sometime between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 12 p.m. Oct. 19 a person stole the registration of a vehicle parked in the 6000 block of West Garfield Avenue.

A political campaign sign was stolen from a yard in the 2100 block of North 70th Street sometime between 5 p.m. Oct. 18 and 1 p.m. Oct. 19.

An employee of Kate Spade located in the Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Road was arrested for stealing 28 items (purses, sweaters, jewelry, shoes) valued at $6,073 Oct. 19 at 3:47 p.m. The items were stolen over a period of three to four months.

Oct. 19 at 4:29 a person was arrested for retail theft at Macy's located in the Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road for taking $81 worth of jewelry. The suspect was also arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's office.

A Toyota was left running and was stolen at Speedway Gas, 6804 W. North Ave at 12:07 p.m. Oct. 20.

At 6:43 Oct. 20 a person was arrested for retail theft at Victoria's Secret located at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road for taking $682.50 worth of goods.

Sometime between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. Oct 20 a purse was stolen from the Pilgrim Lutheran Church located at 2664 N. 68th St.

Between Oct 20 at 9 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 21 a person stole a green Honda from a driveway located in the 11900 block of West Oxford Place.

A bike was stolen from the bike rack at the Puhl's Hardware, 1525 N. 68th St. Oct. 21 at approximately 7 p.m.

Two drones were stolen from Office Max, 12140 W. Burleigh St. Oct. 21 at 8:47 p.m.

Oct. 22 at 10:55 a.m. a person stole $199.89 worth of goods from the Office Max located at 12140 W. Burleigh St.

At Wigs and Beauty located at 6008 W. North Ave. a retail theft occurred at 2:24 p.m. Oct 22.

Oct. 22 a suspect was arrested at 2:59 p.m. at Target, 3900 N. 124th St. for taking $50.97 worth of merchandise.

A pair of sunglasses were taken from the Sunglass Hut located in the Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Rd. Oct. 22 at 7:24 p.m.

Sometime between 4:45 p.m. and 10:10 p.m. Oct. 22 a Dodge Caravan was stolen from the Mayfair Mall parking lot at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Burglary

Oct. 17 at 12:44 p.m. a home in the 2400 block of North 63rd Street was burglarized.

Robbery

Oct. 18 at 11:32 a.m. a person reported that she was the victim of a strong arm robbery at the Mid-Towne Shell located at 641 N. Hawley Road.

A strong armed robbery where a PlayStation 4 was taken allegedly occurred Oct. 20 at 3:32 p.m. in the 900 block of North 123rd St.

Other

A person was arrested for Disorderly Conduct-Domestic Violence in the 1200 block of North 64th Street at 4:15 p.m. Oct. 16.

A suspicious vehicle was observed in the Walgreens parking lot located at 2656 N. Wauwatosa Ave. Oct 18 at 12:07 a.m. The vehicle was later involved in a vehicular pursuit which was terminated. The vehicle was not recovered and the suspects were not apprehended.

A handgun was displayed in an intimidating manner in the 3200 block of North Mayfair Rd. Oct 18 at 6:51 p.m.

At 1:45 a.m. Oct 19 a person was arrested for Battery Strangulation - Domestic Violence after an incident in the 12000 block of West Chambers Street.

In the 2600 block of North Harding Avenue a person was arrested for Soliciting Without a Direct Sellers Permit Oct. 19 at 3:27 p.m.

A suspect physically threatened an employee of the Mayfair Mall Justice Clothing store at 2500 N. Mayfair Road at 11:12 a.m. Oct 20.

Drugs

At 7:40 p.m. Oct. 16 a person was arrested for possession of cocaine, heroin and marijuana with intent to deliver in the 11500 block of West Burleigh Street.

At 11:52 p.m. Oct. 18 a person was arrested for possession of marijuana and use of a fraudulent credit card in the Toppers parking lot at 6810 W. State St.

A person was arrested for Possession of Cocaine and two outstanding warrants issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Office for Battery and the Brown Deer Police Dept. for Operating After Suspension during a traffic stop in the 7300 block of West Wisconsin Avenue Oct. 19 at 11:35 p.m.

Oct. 21 at 8:11 p.m. a person was arrested in the 7200 block of West Maple Terrace for possession of Marijuana. The suspect was arrested during an investigation of a Strong-Armed Robbery investigation in Hart Park that involved the person arrested.

Operating While Under Influence

In the 41st block of North 110th St. someone was arrested for OWI following a motor vehicle crash Oct. 16 at 9:41 p.m.

At 4:23 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI in the 900 block of North Mayfair Road Oct 17. The suspect yielded to a breath test which yielded a result of 0.13.

Oct. 20 at 11:30 p.m. a two car crash occurred in the 100 block of North Mayfair Road and a person was arrested for OWI.

Oct. 21 at 12:36 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI after a traffic stop near Wauwatosa Avenue and Melrose Avenue.

At 11:25 p.m. Oct 22 a person was arrested for OWI following a single car crash in the 7800 block of W. North Ave. The suspect refused to consent to a blood alcohol test.

Outstanding Warrants

Oct. 17 at 11 a.m. a person was arrested near the intersection of W. North Ave. and N. 76th St. on a valid warrant issued by the St. Francis Police Dept. after a traffic stop for erratic driving.

A fugitive arrest warrant was made during a traffic stop in the 4700 block of North Mayfair Road Oct. 18 at 6:03 p.m.

Oct. 19 at 12:48 p.m. a person was arrested for two open warrants issued by the Glendale Police Dept. in the 121st block of West North Avenue.

At 10 p.m. Oct. 20 an arrest was made on an outstanding warrant issued by the Brown Deer Police Dept. in the 2900 block of North 76th Street.

Oct. 21 at Walgreens located at 2275 N. Mayfair Road a suspect was arrested on an warrant issued by the West Allis Police Dept. at 5:59 p.m.

Vandalism

Horizon Electric located at 11727 W. Dearbourn Ave. was vandalized when a skylight was broken by a golf ball from an unknown direction Oct. 17 at 4 p.m.

Between 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. someone damaged the windshield of a car parked in the Mayfair Mall parking lot located at 2500 N. Mayfair Road Oct. 17.

While parked in the Mayfair Mall parking lot a vehicle was damaged on the driver's side front window Oct. 18 between 2:30 p.m. and 5:25 p.m.

Oct. 19 at 9:13 a.m. a vehicle was accessed while parked in a driveway in the 9700 block of West Hope Avenue.

Between 5 p.m. Oct. 21 and 11:45 a.m. Oct. 22 someone broke two basement windows in the 2400 block of North 63rd St.
