Theft

Sometime between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. Oct. 9 a 1997 Chrysler Cirrus was stolen while it was parked in the 4500 block of North Mayfair Road.

At Whole Foods located at 11100 W. Burleigh St. a suspect was arrested for theft of $51.99 worth of goods Oct. 9 at 2:35 p.m.

A 2012 Jeep Cherokee was stolen from the Mayfair Mall parking lot at 2401 N. Mayfair Road. The theft occurred sometime between 3:20 p.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 9.

Between 6 p.m. Oct. 8 and 2 p.m. Oct. 9 someone entered a vehicle parked in the 2300 block of North Mayfair Road and removed property valued at $650.

A home in the 100 block of North 89th St. was burglarized between 7 p.m. Oct. 5 and 7 p.m. Oct. 7.

Oct. 10 at 1:50 p.m. a vehicle parked at 11500 W. Burleigh St. was entered without authorization and items were taken.

Medication was stolen from a person Oct. 10 between 12 p.m. And 1 p.m. at 1220 Dewey Ave.

A comforter valued at $329 was stolen from Boston Store at Mayfair Mall, 2400 N. Mayfair Road. Oct. 10 sometime between 3:20 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Oct. 12 at approximately 12:48 a.m. a mobile phone was reported stolen by someone at Wauwatosa West High School.

A person was arrested for retail theft, a violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia during an investigation at TJ Maxx, 11500 W. Burleigh St. Oct. 12 at 12:18 p.m. The estimated amount of goods taken by the accused is over $500.

Oct. 12 at 2:48 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at the Boston Store in Mayfair Mall, 2400 N. Mayfair Road. The suspect took $145 worth of perfume and also had an outstanding warrant issued by the Greenfield Police Department.

A person was arrested at Macy's in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. for retail theft valued at $709.50 Oct. 12 at 8:28 p.m.

At approximately 8:55 p.m. Oct 12 a suspect stole $189.80 worth of Red Bull and food from the Pick 'n Save located at 6950 W. State St. The items were recovered but no arrest has been made.

Oct. 12 at 7:13 p.m. someone left the Home Depot at 4100 N. 124th St. with six items they did not purchase that totaled in value approximately $1,614.

Oct 13 at 9:41 a.m. someone stole four concrete saws from the Home Depot at 4100 N. 124th St. and drove away in an older white minivan. The theft totaled $4,246.

At Dick's Sporting Goods located at 11500 W. Burleigh St. someone stole duffel bags, shoes and clothing at 11:50 a.m. Oct. 13.

A person was arrested for retail theft at The Limited in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Oct. 13 at 12:45 p.m.after concealing items into an anti-theft detection bag.

Oct. 13 at 5:22 p.m. a juvenile was arrested for retail theft from the Meijer located at 11111 W. Burleigh St.

Between 10 p.m. Oct. 13 and 6:30 a.m. Oct. 14 someone used keys to steal a Ford from a driveway in the 8700 block of West Park View Court.

Comforters valued at $860 were taken from the Boston Store located in the Mayfair Mall at 2400 N. Mayfair Road Oct. 14 at 3:14 p.m. The merchandise was recovered.

Oct. 14 at 6:17 p.m. a person was arrest for taking $283 worth of cosmetics from Sephora located at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road. The stolen items were recovered.

Someone stole cash from a wallet at Dave & Busters, 2201 N. Mayfair Road Oct. 15.

A person reported that a purse was stolen around 3:30 p.m. Oct. 15 from Osgood's, 11530 W. Burleigh St. after it was left on the floor of the restaurant.

Robbery

At 10:53 a.m. Oct. 11 a suspect attempted an armed car jacking in the parking lot of Walgreens at 2656 N. Wauwatosa Ave. The suspect implied that there was a gun under their jacket and fled the scene in a dark blue Dodge Caravan.

Outstanding Warrants

A person was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by Greendale police during a traffic stop at 3300 N. 76th St.

Five outstanding warrants issued by West Bend police led to an arrest at 11:26 a.m. Oct. 11 near the intersection of 98th St. and Capitol Dr.

At 12:14 p.m. Oct. 11 someone was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Wisconsin Rapids Police Dept. during a traffic stop at 2900 N. Mayfair Road. The suspect was driving a car with a stolen license plate that was reported by the Milwaukee Police Dept.

Oct. 11 at 7:48 p.m. a person was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office in the area around North 60th Street and West North Avenue.

In the 110 block of West Capitol Drive a person was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued through the Brown Deer Police Dept. The arrest occurred at 1:43 a.m. Oct. 13.

A person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's office during a disorderly conduct investigation Oct. 15 at 5:32 p.m. at the Dollar Tree at 2851 N. Mayfair Road.

Operating While Intoxicated

At 11:19 p.m. Oct. 9 a person was arrested for OWI in the 2400 block of N. Mayfair Road.

A person was arrested in the 10600 block of West North Avenue for operating after revocation of license. The incident occurred Oct. 11 at 10:48 p.m. and was OWI-related.

Oct. 12 at approximately 12:48 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI with a passenger under the age of 16, possession of a firearm while on parole and a warrant issued by the Racine County Sheriff's Dept. The incident occurred in the 6000 block of West North Avenue.

An OWI arrest was made after a car crash Oct. 12 at 5:50 p.m. in the 6400 block of Milwaukee Avenue. The suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant issue by the West Allis Police Dept. and additional charges included retail theft, probation violations and throwing/expelling bodily substances.

Oct. 14 at 2:54 a.m. a person was arrested for OWI near the intersection of Glenview Avenue and Bluemound Road.

At 12:40 p.m. Oct. 14 a person was arrested for OWI and  possession of marijuana near the intersection of West Wisconsin Avenue and Pleasant View Street. The suspect was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued by the Mukwonago Police Dept. The arrest occurred after 911 was called due to a possible heroin overdose.

A person was arrested in the 300 block of North 115th Street Oct. 15 at 4:21 a.m. for OWI.

Oct. 15 at 11:11 p.m. in the 6500 block of West State Street a person was arrested for OWI during a traffic stop for a speeding violation.

Other

In the 8300 block of West Stickney Avenue someone was arrested for the violation of a domestic abuse injunction at 1:05 p.m. Oct. 10.

At 12:58 p.m. five juveniles were taken into custody at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, following a reckless driving complaint that occurred in the 10400 block of West North Avenue. The suspects are accused of operating a motor vehicle without an owner's consent and possible drug possession.

Oct. 15 at 1:35 p.m. a person was arrested for possession of marijuana at Mayfair Mall in the parking lot located at 2500 N. Mayfair Road.
