Robbery

Juveniles were cited for a strong armed robbery, eluding police and operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent at McDonald’s, 6631 W. North Ave., around 9:35 p.m. Sept. 15.

Burglary

In the 4600 block of North 104th Street an unknown suspect entered an open garage and took property. The incident occurred between 5:45 p.m. and 6:50 p.m. Sept. 12.

Sometime between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 12 and 10 a.m. Sept. 13, someone entered a residence in the 5900 block of West Wells Street by cutting a window screen. There are no suspects.

Around 11:40 a.m. Sept. 13, someone entered a home in the 10300 block of West Glendale Avenue through a rear kitchen window. The suspects threw a rock through the window.

In the 6800 block of Terrace Court a residence was burglarized between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Sept. 14. A laptop and a flat screen TV were among the items taken.

At 1:50 a.m. Sept. 14, Restore, 3015 N. 114th St., was burglarized.  Access was gained by breaking a window. Two vending machines were broken into and other items were taken.

Between 7 and 11:30 p.m. Sept. 17, someone took a set of keys and an automobile from a driveway in the 2200 block of North 66th Street. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

Theft

Around 6:24 a.m. Sept. 11, a Mazda was taken in the 500 block of North 62nd Street with keys. The suspect was described as a male between age 16 and 25 wearing a black T-shirt.

A male took $99.96 worth of liquor from Walgreens, 2275 N. Mayfair Road, around 8:43 a.m. Sept. 11. The suspect was described as a male in his mid-20s, about 170 pounds and between 5 feet, 5 inches and 5 feet, 10 inches tall.

Around 12:30 pm Sept 12 a female and a male took a Sony Play Station game controller from Target, 3900 N 124th St.  Total amount of theft was $129.98.  Police believe a second incident, that occurred at 3:16 p.m. when a female suspect took two of the same items, is related.

Between 7 p.m. Sept 10 and 7 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 6300 block of West North Avenue someone took a self-propelled lawn mower from a backyard.

Two females were cited for retail theft at Sentry, 6700 W. State St., at 1:39 p.m. Sept. 12.

Two people took $673.80 worth of merchandise from Gap Kids at Mayfair mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, Sept. 14 at 6:48 p.m.

About $240 worth of candy was taken from a Clark gas station, 3106 N. Mayfair Road, around 10:10 p.m. Sept. 14. The suspects left the scene in a silver Chrysler minivan with a license plate of 977-WKU and are still at large. The same suspects also committed thefts in Whitefish Bay and Shorewood.

In the 6700 block of W. Bluemound Road, a workout bag was taken from a car between 6 p.m. Sept. 15 and 1:22 a.m. Sept. 16.

A rented 2016 Jeep Cherokee was taken in the 2200 block of North 65th Street around 3 a.m. Sept. 15.

Between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 8 and 4 p.m. Sept. 9, someone took a 2016 Kia Sorento with keys from the north side of the Russ Darrow Kia dealership, 1901 N. Mayfair Road.

Someone took $150 in cash from a wallet at the Radisson Hotel, 2303 N. Mayfair Road, between 6 p.m. Sept. 13 and 7 a.m. Sept. 16.

Someone broke the rear driver’s side window of a vehicle in the 1300 block of Wauwatosa Avenue and took a medical suitcase between 11:30 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. Sept. 16.

A female was cited for $589.49 in retail theft and bail jumping at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, around 4:50 p.m. Sept. 16.

A female was cited for bail jumping and retail theft at Macy’s, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, on Sept. 17. The female also had warrants through the Waukesha County Sheriff’s office and the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s office.

OWI

A male was cited for third-offense OWI during a traffic stop at a BP gas station, 7532 W. Center St., around 12:15 a.m. Sept. 13.

Drug possession

Someone was cited for procession of marijuana in the 100 block of West Congress Street around 3:20 a.m. Sept. 13.

Two females were cited for possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, bail jumping and retail theft at Boston Store, 2400 N. Mayfair Road, around 4:50 p.m. Sept. 15.

A male was cited for possession of marijuana during a field interrogation stop in the alley south of the 8100 block of West North Avenue around 10 p.m. Sept. 17.

Vandalism

A vehicle was vandalized between 1:30 and 10:15 a.m. Sept. 11 in the 6000 block of West Wells Street. There are no suspects.

Other

A male was cited for aggressive panhandling at McDonald’s, 3800 N. 124th St., around 8:02 a.m. Sept. 12. The male was asking people for money.

In the Mayfair mall parking lot, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, someone was cited for child neglect in the late afternoon of Sept. 12.

A male was cited for open burning of leaves in the 8000 block of West Stickney Ave. around 6:40 p.m. Sept. 12.

Someone reported he suspected some of his employees were taking items from his delivery trucks. The complainant requested police review video surveillance of the Target parking lot, 3900 N. 124th St., around 2:35 p.m. Sept. 12.

A male and female entered a BP gas station, 7532 W. Center St., around 10:30 p.m. Sept. 16 and threatened the on-duty manager with violence, knocked merchandise to the floor and damaged a credit card reader.

Around 6 p.m. Sept. 17, a backpack was found behind a garage in the 2600 block of North 72nd Street. The backpack contained items used to break into and steal vehicles. Also located inside the backpack was a stolen, disabled parking placard.
