OWI

Feb. 5 at 2:19 p.m. a driver was arrested for operating while intoxicated - 1st offense during a traffic stop in the parking lot of 7734 W. North Ave. A breath test revealed a blood alcohol content of 0.17.

Theft

A resident reported that between 9 p.m. Feb. 4 and 7 a.m. Feb. 5 someone stole a car from a driveway parked in the 104th block of Bluemound Road.

Feb. 5 at 1:31 p.m. a person reported that someone stole merchandise in the amount of $620.50 from Macy's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

A car was stolen in the 7800 block of West Clarke Street Feb. 5 at approximately 5:22 p.m. The owner of the vehicle was delivering a pizza and had left the car running. The vehicle was later involved in a police pursuit.

A person reported that Feb. 6 between 8:30 a.m. and 8:32 a.m. their car was stolen at the intersection of North 100th Street and Glendale Avenue.

In the 500 block of Mayfair Road a person reported that a computer was stolen from an office Feb. 3 between 4 and 7 p.m.

At Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St. Feb. 7 at 12:04 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $243.33.

Feb. 7 at about 12:47 p.m. a suspect was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $185.94 at Target, 3900 N. 124th St.

At 6:06 p.m. Feb. 7 a person was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $439 at Sephora in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

At 7:38 p.m. Feb. 7 a person was arrested for retail theft in the amount of $256 at Sephora in Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Between 10:30 p.m. Feb. 8 and 7:45 a.m. Feb. 9 a laptop and duffel bag were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 2300 block of North 67th Street.

In the 6100 block of West Wells Street a person reported that between 2 p.m. Feb. 7 and 10:15 a.m. Feb. 9 someone entered a vehicle and stole a pair of prescription sunglasses valued at $500.

Sometime between 11:15 p.m. Feb. 9 and 12:02 a.m. Feb. 10 a vehicle was entered and items taken while it was parked at Dave and Buster's, 2201 N. Mayfair Road.

Feb. 11 at approximately 9:43 a.m. a person reported that their car was stolen from their driveway in the 2100 block of North 71st Street.

Burglary

Feb. 9 a person reported that their home in the 2600 block of North 84th Street had been forcibly entered and burglarized sometime between Feb. 8 at 7 p.m. and Feb. 9 at 7:25 a.m.

Feb. 9 at 8:52 a.m. police responded to a vehicle theft - burglary in progress in the 2600 block of North 88th Street. Upon arrival at the residence it was confirmed that the home had been burglarized and the vehicle was stolen from a garage.

Robbery

Feb. 11 at around 7:34 p.m. a person reported that they were the victim of an armed robbery in the driveway of their residence in the 4600 block of North 107th Street.

Drugs

Feb. 6 at 2:40 p.m. an arrest was made for possession of THC with intent to deliver at the intersection of Glenview Avenue and Bluemound Road.

A person was arrested at 6001 W. Burleigh St. for possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop originating in the 2300 block of North 60th Street Feb. 7 at 12:41 a.m.

Other

Feb. 5 at 4:09 p.m. a person was arrested on a valid warrant issued by the Butler Police Department during a traffic stop in the 102nd block of West Burleigh Street.

During a traffic stop at the intersection of North 94th Street and Palmetto Avenue a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Department of Corrections and possession of drug paraphernalia Feb. 5 at 9:53 p.m.

Feb. 6 at 12:26 a.m. a suspect was arrested for knowingly fleeing an officer after an attempted traffic stop in the 107th block of Research Drive.

In the 65th block of State Street an arrest was made of a suspect on two warrants issued by the Brown Deer Police Department Feb. 6 at 12:02 p.m.

A person was arrested on a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department at approximately 5:30 p.m. Feb. 6.

Feb. 7 at 3:55 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the Racine County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop in the 7800 block of West Locust Street.

In the 4900 block of North Mayfair Road a person was arrested on warrants issued by the Cedarburg Police Department Feb. 8 at approximately 12:18 a.m.

A juvenile was cited for habitual truancy Feb. 9 at about 8:30 a.m. at Wauwatosa West High School, 11400 W. Center St.

Feb. 8 at approximately 5:30 p.m. a person was arrested for disorderly conduct, retail theft and a warrant issued by the Waukesha County Sheriff at Target, 3900 N. 124th St.

At approximately 8:24 p.m. Feb. 8 a person was arrested for disorderly conduct, domestic abuse and use of a dangerous weapon after officers responded to a report of domestic violence in the 700 block of North 116th Street.

In the 1400 block of Wauwatosa Avenue a person was arrested for felony-violation of probation warrant issued by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections during a traffic stop Feb. 9 at 12:25 a.m.

Feb. 9 at 3:15 a.m. a person was arrested for domestic violence-battery in the 500 block of North 63rd Street.

Feb. 9 at about 11 a.m. a person was arrested on three warrants issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department, 1700 N. 116th St., while in the custody of the Brookfield Police Department.

A person was arrested on warrants from the Department of Corrections and the Wauwatosa Police Department and retail theft at Target, 3900 N. 124th St. Feb 9 at 11:07 a.m. after the suspect returned numerous stolen items.

Feb. 9 at about 11:41 a.m. a suspect was arrested for a warrant issued by the Wauwatosa Police Department and retail theft at Sentry, 6700 W. State St.

A person was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant following a suspicious circumstances complaint at Target, 3900 N. 124th St. Feb. 10 at about 12:50 p.m.

Feb. 10 at 1:35 p.m. a person reported that clothing in the amount of $1,557.55 was stolen from Gap Kids, 2500 N. Mayfair Road.

Sometime between 10 a.m. Feb. 9 and 12 p.m. Feb. 10 two iPads were stolen in the 2800 block of North Mayfair Road.

Feb. 11 at 11:25 p.m. a person was arrested on a warrant issued by the West Allis Police Department after a domestic disturbance at a residence in the 2200 block of North 72nd Street.
