In the 8100 block of West Bluemound Road a man was arrested for operating under the influence after being found asleep in the driver’s seat of his running vehicle Sept. 25. It was the second offense for this individual.
Sept. 25 in the 2400 block of North 85th Street after 12:00 a.m. someone attempted to enter one vehicle and was able to access a second vehicle. Nothing was taken from the vehicles and there was approximately $50 in damage. This is thought to be related to several other similar incidents in the area.
A man reported he sold his Xbox to an unknown person at Hart Park and received two counterfeit $100 bills as payment. The incident occurred at 5:26 p.m. Sept. 25.
A counterfeit $100 bill was used at Meijer, 1111 W. Burleigh St. at 7:59 a.m. Sept 27. The suspect is still at large.
A suspect was arrested for battery-domestic violence in the 104th block of West Garfield Avenue Sept. 27 in the late evening hours.
Property was stolen from a car parked in the driveway in the 7700 block of Stickney Avenue Sept. 25 between 1:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Between 4:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. items were taken from a vehicle in the 2200 block of North 71st Street.
Between 3:00 p.m. and 5:51 p.m. Sept. 26 a suspect or suspects forcefully entered the side door of a garage in the 2400 block of N. 66th St. The suspect and a companion were later interrogated near Center and North 64th Street. One of the suspects fled but the other was arrested for possession of stolen property.
Sept. 26 a man stole two jackets from Pelle Pelle valued at $2,200 from Fox's at Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.
In the 2500 block of North 63rd Street someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole two pairs of wireless headphones. The incident occurred between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.Sept. 27 in a vehicle parked in a driveway.
A Chevy Traverse was stolen from Showroom Auto Dealing, 11050 W. Bluemound Road Sept. 27 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. The vehicle was taken with keys and was not recovered.
At 12:08 p.m. Sept 28 five bottles of alcohol were stolen from Walgreens at 10800 W. Capitol Dr.
A man was the victim of a strong arm robbery in the 4100 block of North 93rd Street.
Four comforters were stolen from At Home, 3201 N. Mayfair Rd. Sept 28 at 5:52 p.m. The suspect fled the scene in a black Pontiac Grand Prix and was reported to be 50-60 years old, with black hair and weighing about 220 pounds.
At approximately 11:00 a.m. Sept 28 a suspect was arrested for retail theft at The Home Depot, 4100 N. 124th St. The person was caught in an area near North 124th Street and West Capitol Drive.
Between 11:00 a.m. Sept. 29 and 6:00 a.m. Sept. 30 a bicycle was stolen from an unlocked garage in the 600 block of North 77th Street.
At Old Navy, 11500 W. Burleigh St., a suspect stole $600 in clothes at 3:44 p.m. Sept 29.
Sept 29 at 4:18 p.m. a person was arrested for retail theft at Macy's in the Mayfair Mall, 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.
A mailbox was stolen in the 4200 block of North 93rd Street between 8 p.m Sept 28 and 1 p.m. Sept 29.
Between 10 p.m. Sept. 29 and 7 a.m. Sept 30 a suspect entered an unlocked vehicle and stole property in the 3900 block of North 102nd St.
Sept 30 a suspect stole $5,368 of goods from Visionworks located at 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.
A suspect was arrested for retail theft of merchandise worth $360 at Home Goods, 11100 W. Burleigh St. Oct 1 at 2:45 p.m.
Sept. 25 at 10 p.m. a person entered and burglarized an occupied residence in the 2400 block of North 66th Street. Entry to the house was gained through a front window that was pried open. There are no suspects at this time.
Two suspects attempted to enter a home in the 2500 block of North 75th Street at 2 p.m. Sept 27. The homeowner was present, the suspects were scared off and nothing was taken.
At 3:12 a.m. Sept. 30 three unknown suspects broke the glass door and stole merchandise from Macy's in Mayfair Mall at 2500 N. Mayfair Rd.
A man was cited for intent to deliver marijuana and receiving stolen property after being stopped in the 6900 block of West Lisbon Avenue Sept. 25 at 5:45 p.m. He was pursued beginning at North 60th and Lloyd streets after a suspicious circumstances complaint was received.
