Kylie Jenner debuts neon-green hair at Coachella

We'll say this much about Kylie Jenner's Coachella Day 1 outfit: it did not involve a flower crown, maxi dress, denim cutoffs, string bikini top or any of the usual accoutrements of carefully curated casual festival fashion.

Nope, she went in a completely different direction, debuting a neon-green, blunt-bobbed wig — "highlighter hair," as she dubbed it — and a shimmering gold halter minidress that drew attention to her derrière.

The hair appears to have happened once she got to California  — Kylie still had dark locks in another photo taken Friday during the private plane ride there.

Sister Kendall was also spotted at Coachella Friday. Based on her sheermini-dress and thong combo, the game plan appeared to be drawing the media's attention away from the Pepsi ad debacle and back to her bum.
