IN A PINCH
Greg Dati was supposed to officiate the Brookfield Central-Tosa East game at Central on Friday, but had to bow out because of a bad back. Good thing for the Red Raiders and Lancers he stuck around to watch the game. With three minutes left, one of the officials working the game hurt his knee and had to sit out. The WIAA doesn't allow a game to continue with one official, so Dati, who was in the stands, suited up and finished the game after a 10-minute delay.
27 Pins in one season for Wauwatosa's John Brennan at 220 - a team record, which was set by Glen Kendl in 2007.
