BRING ON BASKETBALL
Like a lot of people, I enjoy high school basketball, so I checked out the schedule. The first basketball game for the Wauwatosa teams will be Nov. 25 and 26 on the road as the Wauwatosa West boys basketball team plays two games at Fort Atkinson. On Nov. 29 the Wauwatosa East girls (Wisconsin Lutheran) and the Wauwatosa West girls (Waukesha North) open their seasons at home.
17 Year-old school record broken by Wauwatosa West freshman Anna Larson in the 200-yard freestyle (1 minute, 57.46 seconds). That time eclipsed the old mark of 1:58.10 established by Dory Pearce in 1994.
