Colonel Hart's Run N Gun captured its first Wauwatosa Recreation Department City Basketball Tournament Championship on March 31.
Colonel Hart's defeated Team Hanson, 107-83, at Longfellow Middle School. Robert Jackson and Branden Joseph poured in 41 and 27 points, respectively.
Leading scorers for Team Hanson were Rodney Jones with 36 points and Tirell Carter with 22.
Other members of the winning Colonel Hart's Run N Gun team are Jason Luther, Billy Williams, Derick Klug, Bryan Joseph and Michael Seawright.
Semifinal results: Team Hanson defeated Team Krysiak, 89-69, and Colonel Hart's Run N Gun whipped Center Court, 93-79, to make it to the finals.
