Host Menomonee Falls and highly touted sophomore J.P. Tokoto were too much for the Red Raiders in a 67-46 victory Saturday.
Tokoto led all scorers with 18 points as the Indians, the top-ranked team in NOW's Roundball Rankings, clinched their first Greater Metro Conference title since 1993.
Dan Sayles led East with 16 points, and Darrell Bowie added 10.
The Red Raiders fell to 6-7 in the conference and 9-12 overall. They are seeded ninth and will play a first-round tournament game at 7 p.m. Tuesday at No. 8 Bradley Tech. The victor advances to take on either No. 1 King or No. 16 Life Long Learning.
