The customer is always right, except when they throw glasses at their waitress and chase her around the restaurant.
According to a Wauwatosa police report:
An 18-year-old Milwaukee woman was arrested for disorderly conduct after she and five friends caused mayhem at Applebee's, 2500 N. Mayfair Road, at 9:56 p.m. Feb. 9.
The group, incensed that they had to pay a gratuity for their group and citing bad service, yelled at their servers, asked for extra food and caused a scene that prompted other diners to stop eating to witness the havoc.
After telling them they had to pay their gratuity, the manager heard a crash. He turned around to watch the group chase the waitress across the restaurant.
