Todd J. Teske, chairman, president and CEO of Wauwatosa-based Briggs & Stratton Corp., has been installed as the Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce chairman.

Palliative medicine specialist Katherine Recka has been appointed assistant professor of medicine (hematology/oncology), specializing in palliative care, at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She sees patients at Froedtert Hospital and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center..
