Wauwatosa resident Jack Herbert has been named regional vice president of operations for Time Warner Cable's Midwest market. Herbert will manage residential operations for the Midwest market, which includes 9,600 employees who support 3.4 million customer relationships in 12 states. Herbert is a 20-year veteran with Time Warner Cable and most recently served as regional CFO for the company's east region.
