What are the plans for two old commercial sites?
Issue: One reader wants to know if there are any plans for the development of the 10400 W. North Ave. site of the former Aurora office building. Another reader wants to know if there are any plans for the former Colony Camera shop and is curious as to why it has been closed for years.
Status: Paulette Enders, director of development, said there are no plans for developing either site as of right now. She explained that there has been interest in the former Colony Camera shop, but those who are interested in the property have had difficulty contacting the owner.
