Is Tosa East moving to Woodland Conference?
Issue: A reader wants to know if Wauwatosa East is applying to move to the Woodland Conference and, if so, why.
Status: Dan Chanen, director of human resources and communication for the Wauwatosa School District, said the process for realigning high school athletic programs begins at the regional meetings for the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association. The superintendent has requested that Wauwatosa East and Wauwatosa West be in the same conference. The district is the only one in the state with high schools of similar size in different conferences.
