Status: Andrea Richards, spokeswoman for the BID, said the organization has plans for short-term and long-term installation of bike racks.
Short-term plans include adding bike racks in areas that won't be affected by future construction, and long-term plans call for adding bike racks to State Street when the construction is finished.
