With the exception of after-school day care, all after-school and evening activities at Wauwatosa School District buildings have been cancelled today because of the snow, according to a district spokesman.
That includes the West-East girls basketball game that had been scheduled for tonight at Tosa East. The Trojans (9-4, 11-5) and the Red Raiders (1-9, 3-12) meet once a year in a non-conference battle for city bragging rights. The game will be rescheduled.
As of now, however, there are no plans to end the school day early.
