Wauwatosa police say a 39-year-old Shorewood man exposed himself to two men, who caught the incident on camera, at Hansen Golf Course on Sunday.
According to the Wauwatosa police report:
Two brothers had been watching deer across the street from the golf clubhouse, 9800 Underwood Parkway, at 11:10 a.m.
They saw a vehicle park, and when the driver got out he was dressed in black - a hat, women's panties, tight long-sleeve shirt and open-toed women's shoes. When the man saw them looking at him, he reached down, pulled his panties back and exposed his penis.
When the brothers told him they had gotten a picture of the exposure, he drove off.
