Village Playhouse presents 'The Butler Did It'
Village Playhouse of Wauwatosa will present "The Butler Did It" at 7:30 p.m. April 13, 14, 20 and 21 and at 2 p.m. April 14 at Christ King North Hall, at 2604 N. Swan Blvd.
In "The Butler Did It," Miss Maple has invited a group of detective writers to the eerie manor where they are to impersonate their fictional characters.
The hostess has arranged all sorts of amusing incidents: a mysterious voice on the radio, a menacing face at the window, a mad killer on the loose. Who is that body in the wine cellar anyway? Why do little figurines keep toppling from the mantle? Then a real murder takes place, and Miss Maple is outraged. She offers an immense reward to the "detective" who can bring the killer to justice.
To reserve tickets call (414) 207-4879 or email thebutlerdidit@villageplayhouse.org. Tickets cost $10 to $15.
