String quartet brings unique blend of music to college
The Carpe Diem String Quartet will play at 8 p.m. Jan. 27 at Wisconsin Lutheran College, 8800 W. Bluemound Road.
This ensemble's musical passion has led them down the paths of gypsy-, tango-, folk-, pop-, rock- and jazz-inspired music, but the quartet is equally at home with the traditional classical string quartet repertoire.
