Victor L. Loofboro of Wauwatosa died July 31, 2009, at age 88.
He was born Sept. 23, 1920, to Wesley and Esther (nee Hurley) Loofboro. He was an active full-time chiropractor for over 66 years and encouraged many young adults to follow the same path. He also taught concept therapy across the United States and Canada.
He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn; daughters, Jackie (Jack) Masche, Marilyn (Barney) Lawson, Petie (Harold) Cherney and Beverly Loofboro; son, Butch Loofboro; 15 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Wayland Loofboro, Carroll Loofboro and Arlene Rusch; and parents, Wesley and Esther (nee Hurley) Loofboro.
A Time of Sharing will be held at the funeral home, 10121 W. North Ave., Wauwatosa, on Aug. 13 with the family receiving visitors from 4 to 7 p.m.
Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral and Cremation Services handled the arrangements.
