John Peter Dunphy of Wauwatosa died April 26, 2009, at age 65.

He is survived by his wife, Mary (nee Karr); sisters-in-law, Natalie (Lawrence) Brady, Jennifer Karr and Nancy Karr; and other relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated May 1. Private committal services followed.

Memorials are suggested to the Froedtert Cancer Center and St. Sebastian's.

The family thanks the Froedtert Cancer Center doctors and nurses for their care.

Becker Ritter Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
