Lt. Gerald Witkowski speaks with the media. Witkowski said Sebena responded to a call at 3 a.m. in the Village, but dispatchers then lost contact with her. When she failed to respond to a call from dispatch, another officer was sent to find her, Witkowski said. Her body was found near Harmonee and Underwood avenues.
