City of Wauwatosa police officers and a railroad official investigate the scene of a train crash east of the intersection of 68th and State Streets shortly after 7:30 Monday morning. Longfellow Middle School sixth-grader Joey Kramer, 11, was struck by the eastbound train and taken to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, where he was pronounced dead at 7:55 a.m.
